/strong /span /p p 　　奥龙星迪前身为上海材料试验机厂，成立于1956年，是我国最早定点研发、生产材料试验机设备的企业之一。2010年，奥龙星迪正式全面启动，成为丹东奥龙射线仪器集团有限公司子公司之一，同时保留了60年文化积淀的“东华”品牌。 /p p 　　据介绍，2010年奥龙星迪启动之初，发展并不顺利，遭遇了水土不服、技术更新慢等困境，企业发展一度面临停滞不前的状态。2015年下半年，费宏、许占平等的相继加入，逐渐为奥龙星迪带来了转机，不仅出现了一系列新产品、新技术，还使2016的产值实现了近3倍的增长。 /p p style=" text-align: center" img style=" width: 450px height: 　　据了解，费宏曾在多家检测设备集团公司担任要职，尤其在市场推广方面颇有建树，而接手奥龙星迪后，并没有把主要精力放在自己强项的市场方面，而是投入在产品上，并埋头做了两年多时间。用费宏的话讲“我们赶上了好时机，国内外硬度计差距很大，中间有很多事情可以去做。”在产品开发架构上，奥龙星迪并没有利用行业内人才，而是另辟蹊径完全依靠于行业外人才：许占平负责产品架构，另邀日本松下的技术主管负责整个电工系统。据了解，许占平曾先后任汽车研究所所长、江北汽车厂副厂长、温洲秦川汽车配件有限公司总经理、吉林江南汽车配件厂总经理、吉林市通田汽车有限公司总工程师、丹东奥龙射线集团技术部副总监等要职，在汽车行业具有资深经验。之所以邀请硬度计专业外专家，田家伟表示，由于硬度计的行业规模较小，许多在民用电子等其他行业很成熟的先进技术，如芯片等，一直没有在硬度计行业对接起来。因此，能够实现行业间的技术借鉴就显得十分珍贵。奥龙星迪就是利用了此契机，通过引入汽车、电子电器等行业的先进技术，使得硬度计产品的仪器控制及运算系统得到一个升级。如加载速度方面，由传统洛氏硬度计打一点需要几十秒，提升至打一个点只需1.7秒 精度方面，国标0.3左右，奥龙星迪产品系统则做到了0.15左右。 /p p 　　在这种跨界技术借鉴的指引下，奥龙星迪在2016年开发新品十几款，申请专利十多项，同时透露，这一系列埋头做了两年多的技术升级产品将会在接下来的展会上集体亮相，让我们拭目以待。 /p p 　　 span style=" color: rgb(255, 0, 0) " strong ——产品故事 /strong /span /p p 　　 strong 产品定位为计量器具 /strong ——奥龙星迪对产品始终有一个理念：生产的是一个计量器具，而不是常规产品、工具，常规产品品牌、型号等不同不改变其使用的结果，但计量器具则会影响其测量结果。因此，奥龙星迪十分重视产品的质量及开发，研发投入达到10%以上。同时采取了严格的质量管理体系及疲劳测试等来保证每一个产品的质量。 /p p style=" text-align: ——近来，奥龙星迪的一个重要目标就是“让硬度计走出实验室”，因为未来随着大家对安全的逐渐关注和重视，汽车、高铁等领域的在线检测将是不久的潜在市场。所以奥龙星迪希望硬度计走出实验室，让检测更快、更方便。这也将是奥龙星迪所有硬度计产品的一个整体开发思路。 /p p style=" text-align: center" img style=" width: 450px height: 300px " ——实现硬度计的更快更便捷，奥龙星迪有很多案例：如某钢铁厂，其传统硬度计测试效率很低，平均每个对应操作工人每天要完成转盘动作约15000次，工作强度很高。因此这个工位上只有年轻的男员工可以坚持做下来，且能坚持长久干下来的也很少，从而奥龙星迪针对现场使用频次等工况为其配置的自动化操作系统设备就大大改变了这一现状，效率提高的情况下也降低了工人的劳动强度，同时，同样的系统装置也已在国内安装了多套。比如，帮西安客户做的一套设备，对常规设备的仪器控制和运算系统做了一个升级，只需要常规设备的价格，就可以获得：力值曲线、深度曲线、压痕深度、运行状态等更多性能参数，而在过去，这些性能参数只有在为高校特殊定制的高端产品才能实现。再比如，传统采集速度一般在每秒钟500次左右，但低采集速度很容易出现很容易过冲、丢数据等麻烦，奥龙星迪目前的采集速度就可以达到每秒5000次，足足增加了10倍等。 　　现场参观发现，丹东奥龙的一线生产员工比较少，而研发、市场销售人员是比较多的。据程启讲，丹东奥龙的企业定位是射线仪器产品的制造、服务、解决方案供应商，经营模式是哑铃型结构，研发、销售为核心，拥有自主知识产权、开放销售渠道，核心生产自己做，外协加工提供支持。因此，公司的技术研发、市场销售、市场安装工程系统三部分业务的人员数就达到了员工总数的三分之二。 /p p style=" ——该产品于2004年开发，由于开发比较早，应用领域拓宽比较迅速，所以，2005年被国家发改委授予“高新技术产业化示范基地”。现在应用领域包括：军工、石油化工、航空航天、汽车等。公司通过使之与智能、自动化相结合，已经逐步将之应用于工业在线检测，并在线检测领域积累了很高水平的专业及专利技术。应用实例包括：汽车轮胎、轮毂检测、气瓶、压铸件、管道，以及文物鉴定、生物、医疗、小动物成像等诸多领域。 /p ——中国首台x射线探伤机就是这台设备的前身，主要区别在过去油绝缘，现在气体绝缘，过去控制体大，现在更小。与其他公司不同的是，丹东奥龙通过系列改造和提升，在此基础上又相继开发出中频和高频便携式X射线探伤机。且高频发生器实现自主生产，填补了国家在这一领域的空白。虽然便携式x射线探伤仪逐渐被淘汰是市场趋势，但成本较低便成为其依旧存在市场的主要原因之一。 /p p 　　 strong 部分核心技术 /strong ——五年之前，这些技术在国内是没有的。经过努力，不断掌握了一些核心技术：微焦点X射线源，如开放式微焦点X射线源是开放的，可更换，而之前传统射线管的是封闭的，射线源坏了就坏了不能更换。这项技术是丹东奥龙独有的，有了此射线源，就可以进一步做微焦点CT、微焦点检测仪器等。第二个是高频高压发生器，对射线仪器来讲，发生器是重要的核心关键部件，而丹东奥龙的发生器体积在不断变小的同时，精度、可靠性却越来越高。第三个是冷却系统，冷却器质量不好直接影响射线仪器性能，故障率高多是由于冷却器的因素带来的。丹东奥龙油冷却器和水冷却器两款产品都有专利，不仅体积小了，射线仪器稳定性也提高了很多。第四是传感器——由胶片成像到数字成像转换过程中要想呈现更好的成像效果就必须有成像传感器，原来国内一直依赖进口，目前公司已与高能物理研究所合作开发了线阵和面阵传感器等。围绕核心技术开发，丹东奥龙目前已获得各项国家专利授权141项，其中发明专利48项。 近期，上海奥龙星迪检测设备有限公司启动仪式的举行，标志着丹东奥龙射线仪器有限公司并购上海材料试验机厂获得成功。 　　上海材料试验机厂是国内专业生产硬度试验机的企业，专业生产制造硬度试验机四十多年，东华牌硬度计驰名中外。2010年8月，上海材料试验机厂主管部门根据其产业结构调整的战略方针，决定退出硬度计生产领域。 　　丹东奥龙射线仪器有限公司是专门从事研制和生产各种射线仪器设备的专业企业，先后承担了国家“X射线实时成像检测系统”和“电子元器件X射线检测仪”高技术产业化示范工程项目，产品 水平居国内领先地位，“奥龙”射线仪器产品荣获辽宁省名牌产品称号。近年来，奥龙射线不断发展，各项主要经济指标持续增长，为壮大企业实力，实现产品扩张、市场扩张和发展区域扩张，决定投资收购上海材料试验机厂，并为此注册组建了“上海奥龙星迪检测设备有限公司”。 　　合作双方从项目确定，到收购协议签订，再到公司启动投产仅仅用了不到二个月的时间。目前，上海奥龙星迪检测设备有限公司运营已步入正规，产品生产、销售及新产品开发等工作已全面展开。
