氟离子选择电极法测定食品中氟化物含量摘要 用氟离子选择电极法来测定食品中氟化物含量,探讨了该法中不同总离子强度调节缓冲液(TISAB)及不同的TISAB中柠檬酸钠浓度和pH值对食品中氟含量测定过程中它们消除Fe3+和Al3+干扰的能力。结果表明:柠檬酸钠作为TISAB中的络合剂对消除食品样液中Fe3+和Al3+的干扰消除能力最强,当TISAB中柠檬酸钠浓度达68g·L-1时,对其样液中低于25mg·L-1的Al3+干扰消除最好;实际样液测定时TISAB消除Al3+干扰的最合适的pH为5.0。选取优化的TISABⅢ作为氟离子选择电极法所用的总离子强度调节缓冲液,进行食品中氟化物含量测定,是一种简便、快捷、定量准确的测定食品中氟化物的方法。关键词 氟离子选择电极法; 氟化物含量测定;TISAB; 条件优化中图分类号: 文献标识码: 文章编号:收稿:2012.3.19Fluoride Ion Selective Electrode Method for the Determination of Fluoride Content in foodAbstract This article focuses on the fluoride ion selective electrode method to determine the fluoride content of food, and discusses the different total ionic strength adjustment buffer TISAB and different sodium citrate and pH in the Act on the Determination of fluorine content in foodthe TISAB elimination of Fe3 + and Al3 + interference in the process.
