种邻苯二甲酸酯类(※2)物质,它们多被包含在电气和电子设备中,具有生殖毒性,是广为人知的内分泌扰乱物质。这些物质分别以均质材料中0.1%为最大允许浓度,于2019年7月22日起在EU上市的所有电气和电子设备(医疗设备以及监视控制设备除外)中限制使用。 /strong 对于包括体外诊断用医疗设备在内的医疗设备、产业用途在内的监视控制设备,2021年7月22日起,适用使用限制的规定。相对于旧版RoHS 跨越国境的价值链扩大的时代,要求我们不仅要考虑本企业、本国的利益和便利性,而且要广泛共享价值。但是另一方面,我想不该有因为规则制度使某个国家的产业遭受明显的不利,或本能够为世界做贡献的优秀技术却不能加以利用的情况。从这个意义上说,世界的主要国家间充分讨论,建立大家都能够认同并履行的框架、规则的重要性越来越强。尤其是在各国的强制法规中参照的技术标准、推荐规格,国际标准存在时原则上以国际规格为基础制定国内规格。为此,为了建立对本国有利的国际规格,来自各国的多位专家积极参加IEC 试验法的最大特征是以筛分分析法和精密分析法这2 阶段方式为基础,既保证要求精度,又在时间和成本方面提出了更加合理而实用的方法建议 /strong 。对于已经限制的6 种物质,通过 strong X 射线荧光光谱法(XRF)进行筛分测量这一日本先行推动开发的技术成了国际标准规格,在工厂等的现场管理中被广泛使用。邻苯二甲酸酯类也采用Pyro 气相色谱法(Py/TD GC-MS)
