D浓缩仪 一、概况及用途: 该仪器&用硼硅玻璃在灯工吹制成离心管，三球分馏管，空心寒，球形冷凝管，并与在大炉上制成的抽滤瓶，及梨形瓶经磨砂，刻度配套组成，其磨砂口均采用19口标准磨口, 装拆调换极为方便，由于零件较多，故生产周期较长。它适用于食品、粮食、水果、肉类、药物等农药残留量的分析，提取滚作浓缩撼作的仪器。 二、造型及原理: 它是由容能为10ml、25m1各五支刻度离心管。100m1.500m1 各-只的梨形瓶，三球分馏管、空心寨、球形冷凝管及500ml抽滤瓶配套组成，刻度离心管是收集浓缩液井直接计量用。梨形瓶是蒸潛提取液作浓缩处理，下端具磨砂塞与离心管连接，三球分馏管是分离有机溶液及浓缩溶液之用。它是一根具有三只浮球的弯孩管，顶端有-氰气球防止分馏液珠中出,弯管的磨砂塞与冷凝管连接。空心寨是安敢在分馏臂直管顶端作活动开口，便于投入空心玻璃球或佛石等，球形冷凝管是作冷却蒸气收集液体之用，抽滤瓶是连接在冷凝管上，是作排气和收集被冷凝管冷却的有机溶液。其原埋:是采用减压燕增、将混合液中的有机溶液通过分馏管被分馆出收集在抽謔瓶内，得浓缩的溶液因受三球的阻挡不鼓燕出滯留在梨形瓶内，最后被浓缩聚集在刻度离心管内达到浓缩目的。 三、使用方法: 将仪器安装好，拎凝管与冷却水连接，抽滤甑与抽气管连接，将得依缩液装入梨形瓶。并将刻度离心管用橡皮筋加固放入2- 3颗小的空心玻璃球以防止暴沸，取一-只高型烧杯作为水浴加热器，把刻度离心管浸在水浴内，准备工作就鐺斤就可进行加热浓缩燕僧，蒸馏时先打开冷凝管的冷却水源和水流抽气管，然后用电炉或煤气火焰把水浴加热，温度掌握在使液面不能过分爆沸以免被浓缩的液体从三球上冲出，浓缩液中的有机溶剂不断的被蒸馏至抽滤瓶内，被浓缩的液体也運新由稀变浓，由原来的500ml体积浓缩到1ml或更小的体积,这是根据使用要求而决定。操作完毕后，应及时将仪器拆下清洗干净。
