烟气SCR脱硝介绍及氨逃逸产生的问题
p 本文主要介绍了烟气SCR脱硝工艺、氨逃逸现状、SCR运行中存在的问题等。在氮氧化物(NOX))选择催化还原过程中,通过加氨(NH3))可以把NOXX转化为氮气(N2))和水(H2O),氨首先被催化剂活化成氨基,氨基与烟气中的NO以自由基形式偶合,并形成了极易降解为N2和H2O的亚硝基中间产物。随着还原态的催化剂被烟气中的氧气所氧化,催化剂得到复原,实现了催化循环。/pp
