    求助,帕纳科荧光光谱,我从基础的20KV 10ma 阶段,将高压加至60KV,在这个过程中高压加至50KV,仪器跳停,高压关闭。目前高压无法加至50KV以上。不知道有没有哪位大佬遇到过,目前只能进软件设置,将高压设置调整至48KV使用。

    企业排污,污染环境,必须让它付出沉重的代价!今日,省环保厅发布《在全省开展排污权有偿使用和交易工作的指导意见》,今后,“排污权”变成一种特殊的“商品”,排得少可以赚钱,要多排,拿钱来,而且环保信用不良的企业,不许进入市场参加交易。   近年来,政府虽出台了一系列环保新政,环境质量也有了明显的变化,但大多企业还是把“盈利”放在首位,不顾环境恶化、污染,甚至认为政府行动不过是一阵风,风头过后污染依旧。  这次推出的“排污权交易”,等于“环保市场化”,要通过运用市场机制,促进污染减排和环境保护、提高环境资源配置效率。鉴于目前全省所有燃煤电厂脱硫设施及重点污染源,都已安装了在线监测仪器,并与环保部门实现了联网,所以,我省“排污权交易”首先从这些企业开始试行,今后,随着条件的成熟,必将在所有污染企业全部推开。  省环保厅相关负责人介绍,这样做,就好比把全省污染物指标变成了一种特殊的商品。环保部门根据本地情况将排放指标分配给各企业,企业间可相互买卖这些指标。环保做得好的企业,可以通过技术创新等措施,尽量减少污染物排放,然后将富余指标卖出“赚钱”,或者存起来,用于进一步发展;而环保做得差的企业,就得不停地花钱“购买”指标,维持生产,直到成本太高无法经营,甚至被淘汰出市场。  排污权可以自由买卖,会不会导致“有钱人”更加肆无忌惮地排污呢?对此,省环保厅相关负责人表示,排污权交易只是手段,目的是要向企业传达资源有价的信号,谁污染谁就要为此埋单,促使企业自觉控制和减少环境污染。而且,企业最高能买多少排放指标是有严格规定的,不会任由企业无限制地买指标排污,况且总排污量只能越来越少,决不会出现让总体污染加重、企业肆无忌惮排污的现象发生。  另外,据介绍,目前环保部门正在制定排污权交易的具体实施细则,但可以肯定的是,被列为环保信用不良、环保挂牌督办或污染源限期治理期间的排污单位,是不得转让或购入排污指标的。而可转让的主要污染物排放权也须在环保部门进行申报,并经审核登记后才能交易。(
