戊二烯

人类活动或自然释放到大气中的有机物经过复杂的氧化后，进一步和大气其他物种(如无机盐)结合并聚集，生成大气颗粒物，如雾霾的重要成分PM2.5。因此，有机物在大气中氧化反应过程的研究对理解大气气溶胶的生成有着重要的意义。　　大气中含量最高的碳氢化合物是甲烷，第二高的碳氢化合物是异戊二烯。由于异戊二烯有两个双键，导致其化学反应十分丰富，吸引了很多的研究目光。然而高中化学常识告诉我们，异戊二烯是一种挥发性极强的碳氢化合物，极性很小，难以想象异戊二烯会吸附在水的表面(即气液界面)并发生反应。【异戊二烯(Isoprene)是一种由5个碳原子和8个氢原子组成的有机化合物，属于烯烃类烃化合物。从分子结构上看，由于其分子中只有C-C和C-H键，而没有C-O或C-N等偏极性较强的键，因此认为异戊二烯分子整体上是非极性的】　　鉴于此，近期南开大学的张新星研究员团队使用独特的气液界面质谱技术FIDI-MS(图1a)，发现了违反常识的实验现象，即异戊二烯不但可以吸附在气液界面上，还可以以极高的速率被氧化成上百种产物(图1b)，开辟了气液界面这一异戊二烯氧化化学的新赛道。理论计算表明，异戊二烯在气液界面上的吸附能力主要来自于其双键和水中质子的相互作用(图1c) 而极高的氧化反应速率主要是由于气液界面提供了一个部分溶剂化的化学环境，从而降低了化学反应的势垒。该工作发表在近期的Journal of the American Chemical Society 杂志上。　　图1.(a)独特的FIDI-MS技术。(b)异戊二烯在气液界面被氧化成上百种氧化产物。(c)异戊二烯吸附在气液界面的理论计算。　　南开大学研究生张冬梅、汪杰为本文的并列第一作者。南开大学张新星研究员为本文实验部分通讯作者。宾夕法尼亚大学J. 聚偏二氯乙烯（Polyvinylidene chloride)简称PVDC，是以偏二氯乙烯（VDC）单体为主要成分的共聚物。一种软化温度在160-200℃的热塑性聚合物，具有头尾相连的线性聚合链结构。PVDC是一种阻湿、阻氧皆优的高阻隔性能包装材料，由于其对称的分子结构和疏水基氯的存在，是一种高结晶性聚合物，阻隔性能好且不会随湿度而改变。PVDC最大优点是对众多的气体或水汽有很高的阻隔性，是当今世界上塑料包装中综合阻隔性能较好的包装材料。基于PVDC的优良特性，其应用领域十分广泛。所以在生产质量控制方面的要求也非常严格。不管是PVDC材料的黏度、水分等项目的检测上，其检测数据的重复性，准确性要求甚高。乌氏黏度计一直以来都是测试黏度的最常用的经典测试工具。现在的全自动乌氏黏度计不仅在操作流程上实现全自动化的模式，其在测试数据上也更加精确。IVS800全自动黏度测量系统测试流程称样用万分之一天平称取聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC）样品，放入到溶样瓶中，用DP25自动配液器（移液精度≤0.1%）移取定量四氢呋喃溶液到溶样瓶中；融样将溶样瓶放入P12中旺聚合物溶样器中（可多个溶样同时进行溶解），采用磁力搅拌的方式，按照规定的温度、时间溶样；黏度测试将装置聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC）试样的溶样瓶放入已设置好所需水槽温度（25±0.01℃）的IVS800全自动乌氏黏度计样品盘中，启动测试功能，自动得出测试结果； 测试结果IVS800全自动乌氏黏度计连接电脑端，可自动得出测试结果并进行数据储存，便于多样化黏度数据分析； 清洗黏度管黏度管固定在IVS800全自动乌氏黏度计恒温水槽中，无需拆装取出，可自动清洗、自动排废、自动干燥。

使用SFC分离手性反式-1,2-二苯乙烯氧化物SFC 应用”本应用描述了以反式二苯乙烯氧化物为手性分子的手性柱筛选和连续的制备方法，并用叠层进样方法进行制备分离。1简介手性分子是一种有机化合物，它具有一种独特的性质，即互为不可重叠的镜像。这意味着它们以两种形式存在，称为对映体，除了原子的三维排列外，它们在各方面都是相同的。虽然这些对映体具有相同的化学性质，但它们可能具有不同的生物活性和药理作用[1,2]。因此，手性分子在制药工业中变得越来越重要，它们被用于开发药物和其他治疗方法，因此分离对映体十分重要。超临界流体色谱法(SFC)在手性分子的分离纯化中，具有其他分离技术无法比拟的优点。SFC 使用超临界二氧化碳作为流动相，这是一种清洁和绿色的溶剂，很容易从最终产品中去除。此外，SFC 提供了高分辨率和快速的分离。预测哪种固定相能够有效分离 SFC 中特定的一组对映异构体，即使在现在看来也是十分困难，这使得我们需要选择合适的手性固定相来不断试错[2]。手性 SFC 多采用与手性高效液相色谱(HPLC)相同的色谱柱，其中最常用的是多糖手性固定相(CSPs)，由于可以选择不同改性的多糖，因此具有很强的通用性[3]。多糖 CSPs 具有高负载能力，这使得它们在制备规模应用中非常有用。许多商业多糖手性固定相是可用的，主要是基于直链淀粉或纤维素和改性的卤化或非卤化芳香基团。改性后的多糖可以包被或固定在二氧化硅载体上，以增强其对强溶剂的抵抗力[3]。还有其他 CSPs 通常用于手性 SFC 应用，例如，Pirkle 型手性固定相[3]。本文介绍了使用 Sepmatix 8x SFC 对反式二苯乙烯氧化物(TSO)进行平行柱筛选，随后通过方法优化转移到制备的 Sepiatec SFC-50。▲反式 - 二苯乙烯氧化物 两种手性结构2设备Sepiatec SFC-50Sepmatix 8x SFCPrepPure cCDMPC, 5um, 250 x 4.6mmPrepPure cADMPC, 5um, 250 x 4.6mmPrepPure iADMPC, 5um, 250 x 4.6mmPrepPure iCDMPC, 5um, 250 x 4.6mmPrepPure iCDCPC, 5um, 250 x 4.6mmPrepPure iBT, 8um, 250 x 4.6mmPrepPure iBT, 8um, 250 x 10mm3试剂和耗材二氧化碳(99.9%)甲醇(≥99%)乙醇(99%)异丙醇(99%)乙腈(99%)反式二苯乙烯氧化物(99%)（为了安全操作，请注意所有相应的MSDS）4实验过程样品制备：在筛选和方法优化时，将 0.075g 反式二苯乙烯氧化物溶解在 5.0mL 甲醇中；在堆叠注射时，将 0.1909g 反式二苯乙烯氧化物溶解于 6.0mL 甲醇中。使用 Sepmatix 8x SFC 进行筛选：流动相A = 二氧化碳；B = 甲醇流速3 mL/min （每根色谱柱）流动相条件0 - 0.5min5% B0.5 - 8.0min5 - 50% B8.0 - 9.4min50% B9.4 - 9.5min50 - 5% B9.5 - 10min5% B检测200nm – 600nm 紫外扫描筛选完全是全自动运行，采用流量控制单元，将每通道内的流量设置为 3mL/min，并将流量平衡。样品自动进样（每根色谱柱 5μL），启动平行筛选（运行时长=10分钟）。背压调节器设置为 150bar，柱温箱设置为32℃。使用 Sepiatec SFC-50 进行制备：流动相A = 二氧化碳；B = 甲醇流动相条件等度运行检测229nm 紫外检测PrepPure iBT 色谱柱在设定的流速下预热 4 分钟，样品通过定量环自动进样并运行。背压调节器设置为 150bar，柱温箱设置为 40℃。5实验结果色谱柱筛选：为了确定手性化合物 TSO 的最佳分离条件，进行了不同手性色谱柱的筛选，使用 Sepmatix 8x SFC 允许同时进行 8 根不同色谱柱的平行筛选。本实验一共使用了 6 根不同色谱柱：Chiral iADMPC, Chiral iCDMPC, Chiral iCDCPC, Chiral iBT, Chiral cADMPC 和 Chiral cCDMPC。图1 为色谱柱筛选结果，其中 Chiral iADMPC 色谱柱不能很好地分离对应异构体 TSO（可见表1），而 Chiral iCDMPC，Chiral iCDCPC，Chiral iBT，Chiral cADMPC 和 Chiral cCDMPC 色谱柱可以分离 TSO。▲ 图1. Sepmatix 8x SFC 筛选结果。从左上至右下依次是Chiral iADMPC，Chiral iCDMPC和Chiral iCDCPC；Chiral iBT，Chiral cADMPC 和 Chiral cCDMPC。运行时长 =10min，紫外检测波段 =229nm在处理复杂的混合物时，分辨率 R 是一个特别重要的参数，因为它衡量了每一次分离的程度，并且可以被准确识别和量化。例如分辨率 R=1 表明了不理想的分离效果，两个峰本质上并没有分离，更高的分辨率数值代表了更好的分离效果。在实际运行过程中，分辨率 R 至少达到 1.5 才会被认为是分离的。表1 显示了不同色谱柱分离 TSO 时的分辨率 R。在转移至 SFC-50 制备时，选择 iBT 色谱柱，因为它有最佳的分离效果，最容易实现转移，进样量可大大提高。表1. 使用 Sepmatix 8x SFC 筛选时不同色谱柱的分辨率色谱柱RiADMPC1.23iCDMPC1.74iCDCPC4.68iBT14.47cADMPC6.20cCDMPC4.22使用 SFC-50 进行结果优化为了确定改性剂对 TSO 的影响，下列每一种改性剂都在等度条件下使用：PrepPure iBT, 8um, 250 x 10mm 色谱柱；甲醇，乙醇，异丙醇，乙腈 (见图2)。▲ 图2. 左上-甲醇，右上-乙醇，左下-异丙醇，右下-乙腈。流速 =20mL/min，改性剂含量 =25%，温度 =40℃，背压调节器 =150bar，进样量 =150μL甲醇(偶极矩参数= 5[4])在对映体有足够的峰距的情况下，仅在 3 分钟内分离 TSO。乙醇(偶极矩参数= 4[4])作为极性稍小的改性剂，分离所需时间略大于 3 min。异丙醇(偶极矩参数= 2.5[4])在不到 3.5 分钟的时间内分离 TSO，这是由于异丙醇的极性较小。乙腈(偶极矩参数= 8[4])在 2.25 分钟内最有效地分离 TSO。然而，甲醇被用作进一步实验的改性剂，因为它的窄峰宽和对称峰有望带来高进样量。此外，它比乙腈毒性更小，价格也更便宜。由于流动相中改性剂的含量会因极性变化而对分离产生影响，所以采用了不同的甲醇含量(见图3)。▲ 图3. 左上 20% 甲醇，右上 25% 甲醇，左下 30% 甲醇，右下 35% 甲醇。流速 = 20mL/min，，温度 =40℃，背压调节器 =150bar，进样量 =150μL流动相甲醇含量由 20% 连续增加到 35%，运行时间逐渐缩短。当改性剂含量为 35% 时，运行时间可以从大约 3.5 分钟缩短至约 2.5 分钟。不过分辨率有所降低，对映体的峰宽也降低了。因此，在进一步的实验中，改性剂的浓度被设定为 35%。每根色谱柱都有可达到最大效率或理论塔板数的固有最佳流速。如果流量减小或增大，则用非最佳分离塔板数进行分离。与液相色谱法相比，SFC 可以使用更高的流速，而分离塔板数不会大幅减少[5]。因此，图4显示了流速对分离效率的影响。▲ 图4. 左 20mL/min，右 30mL/min，改性剂 % = 35%，温度 = 40℃，背压调节器 =150bar，进样量 =150μL随着流量的增加，运行时间和峰宽进一步减小。运行时间从大约 2.5 分钟缩短至 2 分钟以内。根据样品的不同，温度和压力对组分的分离和保留的选择性有影响。因此，在 100 bar 和 150 bar 以及 40℃ 和 50℃ 范围内进行了 4 次实验（见图5）。可以看出，温度和压力的变化对各自的分离没有明显的影响。因此，叠层进样时，温度控制在 40℃，背压调节器控制在 150 bar。▲ 图5.左上 100bar 和 40℃，右上 150bar 和 40℃，左下100bar 和 50℃，右下 150bar 和 50℃。流速 = 30 mL/min，改进剂 %=35%，进样量 =150μL为了提高分离效率，增加 TSO 的浓度和进样量(150μL ~ 250 μL)（见图6左上）。在这些条件下，基线分离仍然是可行的。图6（右上和下）显示了在与单次进样图 6 左上相同的实验条件下，叠层进样时间为 0.97min，即每 0.97 分钟进样一次。在这种情况下，每次额外注入都节省了平衡时间，提高了产能。最终采用基于时间的方法收集馏分。每次进样的紫外信号都表明了该方法具有良好的再现性（图6右上）。垂直线表示收集相应馏分的时间窗口。▲ 图6. 左上 250μL （0.1909 g TSO 的 6mL 甲醇溶液），右上叠层进样 TSO 的紫外信号，下最后的色谱图。流速 = 30 mL/min，改进剂 %=35%，温度 =40℃，背压调节器=150bar，进样量 = 250μL，进样次数 = 10次6结论在文中，使用 Sepmatix 8x SFC 仪器进行以 TSO 为分析物的手性柱筛选，将最合适的手性色谱柱，转移到 Sepiatec SFC-50 仪器进行制备。每根手性柱对手性物质的反应都不同，这就是为什么在纯化过程之前必须进行筛选的原因，作为标准物质的 TSO 可以在许多不同的手性柱上分离。随后在 SFC-50 上放大，并利用制备柱对等度纯化的方法进行优化。结果表明，改性剂的选择、改性剂在流动相中的比例和流量对分离效果有较大影响。在这些特定条件下，温度和压力的变化对分离效果的影响不大。在一般情况下，这两个参数也可以改变以优化分离条件。7参考文献https://doi.org/10.1038/s41570-023-00476-zSUPERCRITICAL FLUID CHROMATOGRAPHY, Terry A. 导 读二噁英是《斯德哥尔摩公约》中首批被列入的12种卤代持久性有机污染物（POPs）之一，拥有公认的最强毒性，其来源和成因复杂多样，扑朔迷离。而由二噁英导致的环境公害事件，曾给人类带来无法忘却的伤痛与教训，其在自然界的含量却低的可怕，被称作“看不见的敌人”。今天我们就来聊聊：二噁英类物质及其检测。 二噁英类物质是一类含有苯环结构的特定有机化合物的总称，包括多氯代二苯并二噁英（PCDDs）和多氯代二苯并呋喃（PCDFs）和类二噁英多氯联苯（DL-PCBs）等，有高持久性、高生物放大和高生物毒性等特点。其中17种2,3,7,8位氯取代的PCDD/Fs和12种DL-PCBs同族体被认为对人类和生物危害最为严重。与绝大多数属于杀虫剂类或工业类产品的POPs不同，二噁英（PCDD/Fs）是属于无意排放类POPs。其环境来源主要包括废物焚烧、钢铁生产、有色金属冶炼，以及化学品生产副产物等，二噁英可以通过烟气排放进入大气，并随着干沉降和湿沉降迁移至土壤和水体中。环境介质中的二噁英被生物体吸收后，可通过食物链富集至人体。有研究指出，普通人群暴露的二噁英90％以上来源于动物源性食物摄入。由于二噁英含量极低，且容易受其他结构类似物质干扰，对于二噁英的检测分析一直是分析化学的难点。高分辨磁质谱(HRGC/HRMS)是二噁英分析的“金标准”，现行的国内外二噁英检测标准也主要以HRGC/HRMS为主，而HJ 650则是我国首个使用气相色谱四极杆质谱仪（选择离子测定方法）对二噁英进行筛查的国家标准，欧盟2014年发布了EU 2014/589和EU2014/709号法规，将气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱仪（GC-MS/MS）作为评判食品和饲料中二噁英及类二噁英多氯联苯的是否符合最高限值要求的确证方法，更具有里程碑式意义。 目前国内外二噁英分析部分标准 岛津应对方案 作为全球知名科学仪器供应商，岛津公司通过强大的技术创新和应用开发能力，为国内用户提供尖端的分析仪器和全面的解决方案，针对环境和食品领域二噁英的不同分析和限量要求，岛津公司开发了不同的分析方法。 环境篇早在2015年，岛津公司与中科院生态环境研究中心二噁英实验室（亚太区域唯一的POPs监测示范实验室）联合利用岛津GCMS-TQ8050推出环境中二噁英分析方法包。该方法包由二噁英MRM数据库、方法文件和报告制作工具等构成。方法文件中事先登录了GCMS优化的分析条件（包含MRM离子对和碰撞能量），方法文件中登录的测定化合物的保留时间可利用GCMS Solution软件中的保留时间校正功能（AART）来校正，方法包可以直接移植到客户实验室。 下图为使用岛津GCMS-TQ8050和HRGC/HRMS对环境（大气、土壤和秸秆）中PCDD/Fs进行分析比对的结果。以HRGC/HRMS的测定结果作为参考值。每个样品在GC-MS/MS上重复进样6次以验证GC-MS/MS方法测定结果的精密度。结果表明，GC-MS/MS分析环境介质中PCDD/Fs的结果，准确性和精密度均良好。 PCDD/Fs总离子流图及样品比对结果（A为大气；B为土壤；C为秸秆） 食品篇食品中的二噁英含量较环境中更低，因此对仪器灵敏度的要求更高。在保留原有应对环境介质二噁英分析方案/方法包的基础上，2019年底，岛津推出了Boosted Efficiency Ion Source （BEIS）离子源，通过在EI模式下优化电子束的聚焦点使电离效率最大化，灵敏度较常规离子源有了显著的提升，进一步提升针对二噁英等的超痕量化合物GC-MS/MS检测分析能力。 GCMS-TQ8050 NX和BEIS离子源 对若干动物源性食品中的PCDD/Fs和DL-PCBs进行检测，无论从单体和总量上，GCMS-TQ8050 NX的结果与官方（NIPH）给出的基于多家实验室（以HRMS为主）结果产生的TEQ参考值一致性良好。PCDD/Fs（A）和DL-PCBs（B）TIC谱图 样品中PCDD/Fs和DL-PCBs部分组分结果（pg/g）随着GC-MS/MS技术的愈加成熟，其逐步取代HRGC-HRMS应用于诸如二噁英类超痕量物质的分析或是大势所趋。岛津公司与国内外二噁英实验室的客户合作，推出食品和环境中二噁英和类二噁英多氯联苯GC-MS/MS分析的应用文集和方法包（Dioxins method package）。方法包可直接移植到客户实验室，帮助相关领域的客户迅速应对欧盟和我国相关标准对二噁英类物质分析的要求。 撰稿人：尹戈、田菲菲

二噁英系一类剧毒物质，是《斯德哥尔摩公约》中首批禁用的“12类污染物”之一，也是公约已经控制的20多种POPs中毒性最强的污染物，被冠以“看不见的敌人”、“世纪之毒”。 二噁英类化合物是人类在其生产、生活过程中无意识制造出的有害副产品。其来源极其广泛，氯代化合物含量较高的医疗废物、工业生产过程中副产品的生产以及废物燃烧等是产生二噁英的主要来源。除此之外，森林大火和火山爆发也可作为其天然产生来源。并且二噁英类物质难以降解，二噁英类通过大气、水、土壤等环境介质污染农作物和植物，进而造成动物饲料或食品污染。在食品和饲料的加工过程中，二噁英类还可能通过使用的化学品如矿物油等进入食物链。由于二噁英类的高亲脂性，容易富集在动物脂肪中，人类食用后进入人体，其代谢半衰期可长达7~11年。人体暴露的二噁英类物质有90％以上来自膳食，主要是肉、乳、鱼贝、蛋等动物源性食物。人们食用了这些食物之后将会产生健康问题，包括生殖功能损害、发育问题和免疫系统损害，更有甚者会诱发癌症。历史上，曾经因人为过失，二噁英给人类留下了惨痛的教训，并且影响深远。随着人类对二噁英的认识加深，其防控措施也在不断提升，相关检测技术在其中发挥了积极的作用。为了解二噁英目前的检测技术及应用情况，本网特制作了“二噁英检测技术及应用进展”专题，并邀请中国格哈特公司总经理/理化分析副研究员陈奕就相关问题进行了讨论。中国格哈特公司总经理/理化分析副研究员陈奕陈总说，通过近些年社会新闻和舆论以及科技领域的宣传，他对二噁英危害的了解也更加深入了。或是哪里垃圾燃烧尾气问题，或是哪里环境二噁英超标，又或是哪里水产品含有超量二噁英，哪里饲料二噁英超标引起畜禽不合格… … 之前听了还没有概念，现在还听说是最毒、最难治理的一类物质，不免震撼神经。日新月异的二噁英检测技术陈总介绍到，二噁英的检测方法可以说日新月异，国际和国内各有不同的重点方向，不同的领域。各自领域的需求和特点有很大差异，检测技术的应用也各不相同，差异很大。二噁英的分析成本较高、耗时较长，检测技术和设备也越来越高级，然而只依靠它们却也是不行的，可靠、完善的前处理技术更加重要。纵观国际上从事二噁英或POPs检测的一些研究，在实际的人类日常生活以及卫生健康影响层面上，更在乎有意义的检测，如使用基础的气液相技术，通过样品的富集、归一化技术、更完善彻底的样品制备技术，以求获得可以比较、能够确实有效的保健人生，保障人民生活的技术方案，似乎更加值得发展。格哈特二噁英检测方案格哈特总部在德国，是世界上富有经验的在脂肪含量尤其是总脂肪含量上应用和仪器设备供应商。格哈特已经有超过100年的脂肪分析经验积累，可以提供优质的脂肪检测技术产品，是全自动的总脂肪分析系统。如海卓森-索克森系统，可以实现对每一个样品独立的全自动酸水解到全自动快速索氏溶剂萃取技术，在基本没有人手接触下，完成样品中脂肪的彻底提取。数十年来，这套系统一直都是应用在农残药残的检测上，现在还可以提供POPs样品的制备技术应用支持，如PCDD/PCDF、PCBs、PAHs等等POPs/Dioxin样品制备的基础技术。从欧盟、EPA、FDA到东盟等，据了解，这类样品的制备都是以格哈特从事了近140年的索氏抽提技术为基础参比的，而格哈特的RSE-全自动快速索氏溶剂萃取技术（Soxtherm索克森），在样品制备应用上，已经使传统的索氏抽提技术提高了5-8倍的速度，不仅完成快速参比级的索氏萃取，还全自动整合了溶剂回收，以及配合全自动的酸水解技术Hydrotherm（海卓森），可以简单处理1克到几百克样品的前处理，不管是固体、膏体还是液体样品，直接取样进行酸水解，这是总脂肪的分析技术，也是POPs/二噁英样品制备的基本技术。我们知道二噁英样品耐酸性不太耐碱，所以不适合用碱解溶剂萃取的方法。酸水解技术也是提取总脂肪的通用技术，结合性的脂肪，如肉、奶、蛋、烘培食品等都含有较大量的结合脂肪，都不能完全溶解于有机溶剂，致使所有使用有机溶剂萃取手段的样品制备技术，如果样品没有经过水解，都无法彻底提取所有脂肪。这是科学界公认的事实，也是格哈特公司脂肪测定应用的理论依据和长期积累下来的经验。据陈总介绍，格哈特公司的全自动总脂肪提取设备，从酸水解到索氏抽提，样品都是独立不会有交叉污染的，是完美的脂肪样品制备的全自动解决方案。我国二噁英污染防控任重道远在过去的十多年中，我国围绕二噁英的削减控制，在政策法规、新源控制、旧源减排、监测保障等方面开展了大量的工作。不过对于我国二噁英的污染防治是否考虑到了民生卫健上，陈总坦言，因没有太多的研究无法评价。陈总说，格哈特这些年配合美国FDA和欧盟做的一些事情，也许是可以分享的地方。欧盟一直注重采用索氏抽提技术，确保大家获得的样品制备技术比较一致，确保了数据的可比性；美国FDA则看到目前世界上二噁英分析数据的多样性，可比性存在致命的问题这个方面，试图寻找一种能够使检测方法归一化，进而可以做标准化的手段，在样品制备，特别是问题最大的乳品、肉制品等高脂肪食品、以及饲料这类最接近于民生的样品上，找到了一种比较理想的可以统一的方法，那就是酸水解后索氏抽提，并且发现了格哈特有一套全自动的处理技术，并在此设备上进行了一系列的优化，使其更适合二噁英/POPs样品的制备，如该一般酸水解总脂肪分析使用盐酸水解的环节为硫酸水解，形成了一套简化快速低成本处理量大的稳定可靠的技术方案。二噁英检测由于其含量低、基质复杂，采样周期长、前处理净化难度高、分析仪器灵敏度要求极高，造成检测门槛较高。虽然我国二噁英防治和监测工作起步较晚，但国内对环境、食品二噁英检测、监管重视趋势逐渐升高，借助国际先进经验，相信我国二噁英污染防治将会得到有效控制。更多关于二噁英检测的内容，点击图片进入专题查看：

近日，中国农业科学院农业质量标准与检测技术研究所“饲料质量安全检测与评价”创新团队创制了基于金属有机框架（MOFs）的复合传感材料，首次实现牛奶样品中二噁英超痕量、快速SERS传感分析。该成果以“Zr-MOF-Induced Smart Accumulation Enables Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopic Detection of Dioxin at ppt Level in Food Samples”为题，发表于美国化学会（ACS）旗下分析化学与传感器领域旗舰期刊ACS Sensors（IF=9.618, 中科院化学/分析化学1区TOP）。 　　二噁英是典型的持久性有机污染物（POPs），具有致畸、致癌、致突变的性质，被国际癌症研究中心列为人类一级致癌物，具有“世纪之毒”的称号，极易在自然界扩散和动物体内蓄积，被公认为对人体健康具有极大潜在危害的全球性散布有机污染物。二噁英通过环境进入食物链，已成为新兴的，影响食品安全的重要因素之一。由环境污染引起食品中二噁英暴露水平往往较低，一般在ppt（即万亿分之一）浓度水平，对其检测属于超痕量分析，目前主要依靠高分辨磁质谱等大型精密仪器进行分析，前处理复杂，质控条件苛刻，检测周期长，分析成本高，一直是分析化学领域的难点。 　　我所饲料质量安全检测与评价创新团队在前期研究的基础上，设计了一种具有两种微孔结构的锆基金属MOF材料，并以此为基础创新了“高热点”传导的SERS复合传感基底，揭示了目标物与基底表面相互作用精细结构，阐明了基于π-π*堆积诱导目标分子富集与拉曼“指纹”信号原位增强机制。同时，研究通过比较基于不同苯环数量配体的Zr-MOF制备得到不同AuNP/Zr-MOF复合基底对目标物的SERS增强活性，提出了基于吸附能差诱导的SERS增强新策略。在此基础上，实现了实际牛奶样品中2,3,7,8-TCDD的高灵敏快速SERS分析，分析灵敏度1.2 pg/mL，30分钟内完成检测。与国际“金标”分析方法相比，在保证分析灵敏度和可靠性前提下，大大提高了分析效率，降低了检测成本。研究为二噁英等持久性有机污染物防控提供了新的技术手段，同时也为超痕量目标物的光学传感分析开辟了新思路。 　　研究得到国家“十四五”重点研发计划青年科学家项目和院科技创新工程资助。质标所程劼研究员为论文第一作者，苏州大学材料与化学化工学部贺竞辉教授和质标所王培龙研究员为共同通讯作者。 　　原文链接：https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acssensors.3c00639

聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯的简称。聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯（PEN）是聚酯家族中重要成员之一，是由2,6-萘二甲酸二甲酯（NDC）或2,6-萘二甲酸（NDA）与乙二醇（EG）缩聚而成，是一种新兴的优良聚合物。其化学结构与PET相似，不同之处在于分子链中PEN由刚性更大的萘环代替了PET中的苯环。萘环结构使PEN比PET具有更高的物理机械性能、气体阻隔性能、化学稳定性及耐热、耐紫外线、耐辐射等性能。近年来，PEN薄膜主要应用于磁带的基带、柔性印刷电路板、电容器膜、F级绝缘膜等方面，而PEN薄膜新的用途仍然在不断开发中。如数据磁带，数据磁盘的种类有DDS（数字、数据、储存），8MM数据磁带，1/4英寸磁带，DDS的需求量较大。根据DDS的记忆容量公别为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型。Ⅱ、Ⅲ型为聚芳酰胺膜，Ⅰ型为PEN与PET共用型。记忆容量为2G，90MM的PEN薄膜代替。从记忆容量来考虑，Ⅰ型几乎全部被PEN占领。随着手机及小型携带机械的发展，对薄膜电容器的需求也不断增大。目前，虽然这方面市场规模虽小，但将是一个很有发展前途的领域。众所周知，聚酯生产过程中，产品粘度是影响产品质量的一项重要指标，乌氏毛细管法是PEN树脂质量控制中常用的分析方法之一，由乌氏毛细管法测量得出的黏数也是PEN树脂的核心指标之一。按国标规定的中描述的步骤测定聚合物的黏数，测试温度为25℃。实验方法如下：实验所需仪器：卓祥全自动粘度仪、多位溶样器、自动配液器、万分之一电子天平。实验所需试剂：苯酚、四氯乙烷、三氯甲烷、丙酮或无水乙醇。1、溶剂的配置选择：苯酚/1,1.2,2-四氯乙烷溶剂，在25℃下2、溶剂粘度的测定：卓祥全自动粘度仪设置到实验目标温度值并且稳定后，加入苯酚/1,1.2,2-四氯乙烷，软件中启动测试任务待结束。3、粘度管的清洗：启动卓祥全自动粘度仪清洗、干燥程序，仪器自动将粘度管清洗干燥后待用。4、PEN树脂稀溶液样品的制备:在万分之一天平上称量到0.0001g，通过自动配液器将溶液浓度配制到0.005g/ml，再将样品瓶放置到多位溶样器中，待溶解完毕后取出冷却到室温待用。5、样品粘度的测定：加入样品，启动软件中特定公式测试，待任务结束。6、粘度管的清洗：再次启动卓祥全自动粘度仪清洗、干燥程序，仪器自动将粘度管清洗干燥后待用。

药物分析学是分析科学在药学中的应用，并在与化学、生物学、医学及药学相关学科的交叉融合过程中实现创新性发展，为药物研发和应用的全链条创新提供关键的技术平台和方法学支撑。药物分析学于2008年被国家自然科学基金委正式列入学科方向目录（代码
