广西检验检疫局(北海)烟花爆竹检测中心完成的《烟花爆竹用烟火药剂的化学成分检测方法研究》获得国家质检总局2011年度“科技兴检奖”三等奖。该课题为我国进出口烟花爆竹的检验监管、进一步扩大国际市场和促进烟花爆竹可持续发展提供了科学手段，同时也为烟花爆竹的安全生产管理、产品质量控制及安全事故的原因分析提供了强大的技术支撑。 　　 　　广西(北海)烟花爆竹检测中心人员进行业务交流 　　北部湾畔，魅力北海，风生水起正扬帆，推动富民强桂新跨越 千年古郡，烟花之乡，丝绸之路始发港，传承中华文化耀五洲。 　　北海是北部湾海上丝绸之路较早的始发港，也是中国人从海洋走向世界的一个起点，当一个昌盛的中国崛起于世界的东方，历经繁荣与昌盛的北部湾正承载起新时期一个崭新的期望，走上时代的潮头浪尖。 　　烟火药剂研究迫在眉睫 　　我国已成为世界上最大的烟花爆竹生产国和出口国，世界上发达国家所用烟花爆竹主要从我国进口，据不完全统计，我国现有烟花爆竹生产企业5000多家，生产总值达100多亿元。在湖南、江西、广西等省区，烟花爆竹已成为不少市县的支柱产业。 　　根据联合国《全球化学品统一分类和标签制度》，必须对烟花爆竹用烟火药剂的化学成分进行全面的定性和定量分析检测。但是，国内外至今没有烟花爆竹用烟火药剂的化学成分检测标准方法及相关的技术规范。我国现有的有关烟花爆竹的国家标准和行业标准只有部分禁用化学成分的定性分析方法，如GB 10631-2004《烟花爆竹 安全与质量》、SN/T 0306-2006《出口烟花爆竹检验规程》，国外主要烟花爆竹进口国的标准或条例中只规定了禁用的化学物质，没有相关的检测方法，如美国的APA烟花条例、日本的烟花标准等。 　　国家标准GB/T15814.1-1995《烟花爆竹药剂 成分定性测定》中检测成分种类有限，当前烟花爆竹用化工原材料更复杂，且有些方法已过时，烟花爆竹标准化技术委员会正在组织有关单位进行修订。行业标准SN 0545-1996《出口烟花爆竹烟火药剂安全检验规程》[11]已被SN/T0306-2006《出口烟花爆竹检验规程》取代，该行业标准也只规定了烟花爆竹中禁限用药物的定性检测，没有其他大部分成分的定性检测方法，更没有烟火药中主要化学成分的定量分析方法。开展烟花爆竹用烟火药剂的化学成分分析方法研究成为当务之急。 　　检测方法研究取得突破 　　广西局(北海)烟花爆竹检测中心是全国质检系统首家通过CNAL/CNAS认可的烟花爆竹实验室，也是第一个通过危险性分类定级项目认可的烟花爆竹实验室。 　　《烟花爆竹用烟火药剂的化学成分检测方法研究》是国家质检总局批准立项的科研项目，由该中心承担完成，项目比较系统全面的对我国目前烟花爆竹用烟火药剂的主要成分进行研究，分为主要成分定性检测方法研究和定量分析方法研究，样品预处理方法贯穿其中。 　　课题组通过查阅大量分析化学资料和国内外相关的最新烟花法规、技术标准，充分考虑现阶段常用烟火药剂的特点，假定目前有可能出现的最为复杂的烟火药剂成分为本方法的研究对象。通过科学的反复试验，最后确定了以特定的有机溶剂分离出含聚乙烯醇、糊精、酚醛树脂等有机黏合剂的样品预处理方法 利用烟火药剂中各组分的物化特性，通过大量试验，成功对其实行分组分离，以最简单的方法准确地解决了烟火药剂的化学成分定量分析这一最大的难题，研究各类烟花爆竹用烟火药剂的试样制备方法、烟火药剂试样的预处理方法，烟火药剂中钡、重铬酸盐、锌、铜、钛、锶、铅、钠、镁、硫、钾、高氯酸盐、铝、铋、铁、硝酸盐、碳等30多种化学成分化学定性分析和利用X荧光光谱仪快速定性分析、干扰离子的消除方法和化学成分定量检测方法。 　　成果推广应用前景广阔 　　该成果已在广西区内外200多个烟花爆竹生产厂家和国内主要检测机构中应用，解决了烟花爆竹检验监管中的难题，在药种药量控制、事故原因分析等方面效果明显。同时，课题组利用课题成果及其关键技术为广西区内100多个生产企业培训专职检验员400多人次，这些人员大多成为各个烟花爆竹企业的技术骨干和中坚力量，为烟花爆竹产业快速发展提供了技术和人员保障。 　　广西区内近百家企业应用该成果后，产品质量稳步上升，促进了出口。据悉，2011年，广西检验检疫部门共受理出口烟花爆竹检验2048批次、货值6908.7万美元。共检出不合格产品21批、货值6.8万美元，同比分别下降了27%和70%，国外客户反应良好，未发现由于质量原因退货和索赔现象。在国内，该科研成果及其关键技术成功应用，解决了烟花爆竹检验监管的难题，为安监部门加强烟花爆竹安全监管起了较大作用，为烟花爆竹安全与环保提供了坚实的技术保障，广西辖区内烟花爆竹安全事故得到了有效地遏制。 　　“行百里者半九十”，课题主要负责人、该中心主任肖焕新说。肖焕新作为广西检验检疫局首批学科带头人、国家质检总局《全球化学品统一分类和标签制度》(简称GHS)9名国家专家之一，该烟花中心去年承担完成17项行业标准制订任务，填补了国内外该领域空白，对加强我国烟花爆竹用原材料的质量控制起到重要作用，帮助企业从源头把好烟花爆竹产品质量关和安全关，有力地保障了进出口烟花爆竹的产品安全。目前，该中心还有《联合国烟花分类默认表中闪光成分试验装置的研制及其应用研究》、《烟火药剂制样安全系统的研制》等国家总局科研项目、11项行业标准和1项国家标准项目正在紧锣密鼓地开展中。 　　链 接 　　四大创新 　　课题在完成过程中完成科技论文4篇、行业标准草案11项、国家标准草案6项。所确立的烟花爆竹烟火药剂主要化学成分定量分析方法，解决了烟火药剂中化学成分定量分析的世界性难题，方法快速、准确、实用，该课题实现以下创新： 　　一是系统地对当前最为复杂的烟花爆竹用烟火药剂的化学成分开展研究，提出了采用化学法进行30多种成分的定性检测方法和采用仪器分析法对10多种成分进行快速分析方法，较系统地完成了对烟火药剂中各成分的定性分析。 　　二是通过对烟火药剂预处理，利用烟火药的物理特性和化学特性，对烟火药剂中的主要成分实行分组分离，成功完成了17种主要成分的定量分析方法。 　　三是首次使用X荧光光谱仪对烟火药剂进行定性分析研究，快速准确，同时也为烟火药剂定量分析提供科学依据，起到“初筛”的作用，优化了技术方案和节省了分析时间。 　　四是我国较早开展GHS应用研究的科研成果之一，课题的顺利完成，为我国烟花爆竹行业顺利实施GHS奠定了技术基础。

8日，上海市第一人民医院数十位眼疾患者，因注射一种叫做“阿瓦斯汀(avastin)”的药剂，导致眼睛失明。目前，医院正对事故原因进行调查，同时对注射试剂进行化验。对于严重失明的患者，医院已安排四名专家对其进行治疗，期待病人早日恢复视力。 　　截至8日晚，医院大约有七八十名眼疾患者都出现了眼睛疼痛的现象，其中有55名患者失明。 　　据了解，Avastin是第一个被美国FDA批准的、通过抑制血管生成发挥抗癌作用的新药，是现行几种抗血管生成制剂之一，可抑制血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的生成。近年研究表明，该药在治疗眼部新生血管性以及渗出性病变中疗效显著，而且价格便宜。

日本研究人员日前报告说，他们正在研制一种检测药剂，它能帮助专家尽早发现实验动物的胰腺细胞减少等糖尿病早期征兆。 　　日本冈山大学教授榎本秀一和理化研究所的科研人员首先合成一种肽，它能和胰腺β细胞表面的一种蛋白质相结合，而这种蛋白质是分泌胰岛素所必需的。此后，研究者将这种肽与铜的放射性同位素相结合，制成了与正电子发射计算机断层扫描(PET)检查仪配合使用的检测药剂。 　　研究人员向小白鼠血液中注入药剂后，利用PET检查仪进行观察。由于药剂具有放射性，它在与鼠胰腺β细胞表面的那种蛋白质结合后，就会在PET检查仪扫描时发光，根据光的分布和强弱就可以判断胰腺β细胞的分布和数量。 　　人患糖尿病后，胰岛素功能降低，血糖值上升。目前常用的一种糖尿病检查法是让体检者摄入含糖制剂，分析其血糖值上升的水平。但该方法只能在人体胰岛素功能降低后才能发现体检者是否患病，不能发现糖尿病的早期征兆。而胰腺β细胞会在糖尿病症状出现之前就有所减少，正在研制的这种检测药剂正是通过反映胰腺β细胞减少的情况，帮助专家判断动物的糖尿病早期征兆。 　　研究人员今后将利用猴子等实验动物确认药剂的性能，并打算在今年开始临床试验。

点击蓝字关注我们表面张力分为静态（平衡）表面张力和动态表面张力(dynamic surface tension, DST)。静态表面张力是指表面活性剂在界面达到吸附平衡时的最低表面张力，而DST是指表面活性剂在达到平衡吸附前某一时刻的表面张力，是一个变化的值。当研究的液体吸附过程在快速、持续进行, 且短时间内无法达到平衡时, 对液体DST的研究比静态表面张力更有意义。如在农药喷洒、喷墨印刷、织物快速润湿, 以及摄影用薄胶片制备中。图1对比了近10年 (2008～2018年) 国内外发表的以DST为主要考察项的论文数。数据显示国内在DST方面的研究较少且总体波动不大，而国外则呈持续上升趋势。图1 2008～2018 年国内外发表的DST 文章数量对比图研究液体在药物制剂过程中的DST, 可挖掘DST与制剂过程、制剂产品之间的关系, 进而优化制剂过程、改进工艺参数。一、动态表面张力的测定由于对DST时间范围界定的不同，可运用的测量手段也有所不同。王建坤等认为，在达到静态表面张力前的表面张力变化都可算是DST，这个时间范围以几毫秒到几小时计。可用Wilhelmy吊片法、DuNouy吊环法、滴重法、滴体积法、悬滴法、最大气泡压力法测定DST。图2 不同的DST 测定方法的适用时间范围示意图根据Rosen描述的动态吸附过程可知在新表面形成后1 s内，是表面吸附的关键期，体系的DST变化迅速。中药水提液的表面张力在5~100 ms内具有较大变化，大多数在1 s内都已达到平衡。因此，用于测量DST的方法应具有连续、精确、快速测量1 s内数据能力。二、最大气泡压力法通过毛细管将气体注入到待测液体中时，在毛细管的端部重复形成气泡，根据气泡压力的最大值和毛细管半径，计算得到表面张力。通过改变气流流速控制气泡的年龄，可测量不同时间尺度的表面张力。目前实验室中多用KRüSS公司的BP100气泡压力张力仪测定1 s内DST。三、DST 在药物制剂领域的潜在应用价值近10年，DST已受到化工、涂料、印染等领域的广泛关注。药物制剂领域也有很多液体瞬时运动的过程，如喷雾干燥雾化，流化床制粒的粘合剂雾化，关注DST在液体雾化及扩散润湿过程中的作用，是精细控制制剂工艺的手段之一。1DST在雾化过程中的作用雾化是将液体通过雾化器(在一定压力下)喷射进入气体介质中，使之分散并碎裂成小液滴(雾滴)的过程。赵辉等考察了相同条件下，农药药液在不同时间点(0.023、0.124、0.483和0.998 s)的DST与雾滴体积中径(D50)的关系；发现D50随着喷雾液的DST值的降低而降低，二者呈线性相关，但二者的相关系数k 随DST 测定时间的延后而变差。0.023 s时的DST与D50相关系数高达0.9848，时间＞1 s后，只有0.7135。利用动态表面张力仪测试了66种常见中药的水提液，发现所有提取液的DST在1 s内均有下降，但下降程度不同，且提取液雾滴粒径D50与94 ms时测得的DST存在一定相关关系，该结论还在进一步实验确证中。2DST在扩散润湿过程中的作用DST不仅影响药物制剂领域的雾化过程，对扩散润湿过程同样有显著的影响。喷雾干燥与流化床制粒过程中，液体雾化后雾滴在接触相表面的扩散润湿受两大因素影响：一是雾滴的性质，二是接触相的性质。在喷雾干燥黏壁问题中，从DST角度分析，半湿性黏壁现象是由于雾滴与干燥塔壁接触后迅速出现自发润湿，经塔壁的高温干燥后出现黏壁。因此，可从两方面促使雾滴与干燥塔接触后出现快速回缩以改善此黏壁现象。一是增大雾滴DST，二要选择合适的喷雾干燥塔内侧材料。从待喷液分析，应适当降低待测液浓度、进液温度，以增大雾滴DST，或添加疏水性辅料促使快速回缩的发生以改善干燥塔半湿性黏壁。四、 结语综上所述，DST作为一项重要的物理参数，在细微之处影响着药物制剂的品质与生产。关注DST对制剂过程的影响，拓展固有的药剂研究思路是十分必要的。参考文献施晓虹，李佳璇，洪燕龙，赵立杰，冯怡，王优杰. 动态表面张力在药剂学研究中的应用前景[J].国际药学研究杂志,2019.

近日，中国技术经济学会批准发布《污废水处理用碳源药剂》T/CSTE0001—2021团体标准。本文件规定了污（废）水处理用碳源产品的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存要求。本文件适用于污（废）水处理用的碳源产品，该产品主要用于废水、污水的生物反硝化脱氮过程中有机碳元素的补充、水质可生化性差时提高其可生化性。《污（废）水处理用碳源药剂T/CSTE 0001-2021》前言本文件按照 GB/T 1.1－2020《标准化工作导则 第 1 碱性过硫酸钾-消解紫外分光光度法HJ 828-2017 水质 化学需氧量的测定 重铬酸盐法3、术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。3.1 碳源carbon source可为污（废）水生化处理系统的微生物生长代谢提供营养物的含碳元素化合物。3.2 有效碳源成分effective carbon source composition具有单一分子式和分子结构的、且易被微生物利用的有机化合物，包括甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、丁醇、戊醇等小分子醇类，甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、乳酸、丁酸、乙酸盐、柠檬酸、柠檬酸盐等小分子有机酸和有机酸盐类，葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖等糖类物质。规定有效碳源成分需符合相应的国家或者行业标准的要求。3.3 单一碳源single-component carbon source只含有一种有效碳源成分的碳源。3.4 复合碳源composite carbon source由两种或两种以上的有效碳源成分组成、有效碳源成分之间须兼容且无化学反应、不存在安全风险的碳源。本文件中所涉及的复合碳源不包含固体产品。4、技术要求4.1 用于生产单一碳源和复合碳源的有效碳源成分应符合已发布的国家标准、行业标准的质量要求和有关规定，其安全要求按照GB 12268-2012执行，详见附录A。4.2 碳源生产工艺宜采用国家鼓励的先进技术工艺，不应使用国家或有关部门发布的淘汰或禁止的技术、工艺或材料，不得超越范围选用限制使用的材料生产。4.3 以不危及自身或他人健康和安全的方式进行产品的生产和复配，碳源产品应稳定，无后续化学反应。4.4 液体单一碳源产品为无色或微黄色透明液体，不得有与产品原料气味不相符的气味。固体产品为无色透明或白色结晶粉末或结晶颗粒，无臭无异味，无肉眼可见杂质，溶于水。复合碳源产品为无色至棕黄色透明液体，不得有与产品配方中碳源有效成分不相符的气味。4.5 污（废）水处理用碳源产品按本文件规定的试验方法检测应符合表1要求。4.6 污（废）水处理用碳源产品的安全性指标应符合表 2 要求。5、试验方法5.1 通则本文件中，除另有规定外，所用试剂，在没有注明其他要求时，均指分析纯试剂；所用水为蒸馏水应符合 GB/T 6682 中三级规格的水或相应纯度的水。试验方法中所用标准滴定溶液、杂质测定用标准溶液、制剂及制品，在没有注明其他要求时，均按 GB/T 601、GB/T 602 和 GB/T 603 之规定制备。所用溶液在未注明用何种溶剂配制时，均指水溶液。5.2 外观和气味检验在自然光下，于白色衬底的表面皿或白瓷板上观察色泽和状态，嗅其味。5.3 有效碳源成分含量的测定单一碳源的有效碳源成分按照成分所归属的行业标准或国家标准所规定的方法进行测定，此处不一一列出。本标准不对复合碳源的有效碳源成分含量进行限定。5.4 化学需氧量（CODCr）的测定5.4.1 方法提要在试样中加入已知量的重铬酸钾溶液，并在强酸介质下以银盐作催化剂，经沸腾回流后，以试亚铁灵为指示剂，用硫酸亚铁铵滴定水样中未被还原的重铬酸钾，由消耗的重铬酸钾的量计算出消耗氧的质量浓度。5.4.2 试样溶液的制备称取10 g试样，精确至0.01 g，加水转移至1 L容量瓶中，用水稀释至刻度，摇匀，此为试液A。移取适量试液A至100 mL容量瓶中，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀，采用逐级稀释法，使待测溶液中CODCr范围在50 mg/L～700 mg/L。若稀释液浑浊，用中速滤纸干过滤。5.4.3 测定取稀释后待测液按HJ 828-2017中9.2规定的方法测定。5.4.4 结果计算试样中化学需氧量（CODCr）以质量浓度ρ1计，单位以毫克每升（mg/L）表示，按式（1）计算：5.5 BOD5/CODCr 的测定5.5.1 试样溶液的制备称取10 g试样，精确至0.01 g，加稀释水（HJ 505-2009中的4.4）转移至1 L容量瓶中，用稀释水定容至刻度，摇匀，此为试液B。移取适量试液B于100 mL容量瓶中，采用逐级稀释法，用接种稀释水（HJ 505-2009中的4.5）稀释至刻度，摇匀，使待测溶液中BOD5范围在2 mg/L～6 mg/L。5.5.2 测定取稀释后的待测溶液按HJ 505-2009中的7.2规定的稀释接种法测定。5.5.3 结果计算5.5.3.1 五日生化需氧量（BOD5）试样中五日生化需氧量（BOD5）以质量浓度ρ2计，单位以毫克每升（mg/L）表示，按式（2）计算：5.5.3.2 BOD5/CODCr试样的 BOD5/CODCr 以 R 计，按式（3）计算：R = ρ2/ρ1..........................（3）式中：ρ2——试样中五日生化需氧量（BOD5）的质量浓度的数值，单位为毫克每升（mg/L）；ρ1——试样中化学需氧量（CODCr）的质量浓度的数值，单位为毫克每升（mg/L）。计算结果保留两位有效数字。5.6 pH 的测定5.6.1 方法提要将配有测量电极和参比电极的酸度计浸入同一被测溶液中，测量试验溶液的 pH 值。5.6.2 仪器设备酸度计：精度为 0.02pH 单位，配有玻璃测量电极和饱和甘汞参比电极或复合电极。5.6.3 试验步骤将适量试样倒入烧杯中，将电极浸入溶液，在已定位的酸度计上读出 pH 值。5.7 密度的测定按 GB/T 22594 规定的方法测定。5.8 水不溶物含量的测定5.8.1 方法提要试样用水溶解后，经过滤、洗涤，烘干至恒量，求出水不溶物的含量。5.8.2 仪器设备5.8.2.1 坩埚式过滤器：滤板孔径为 5 μm～15 μm。5.8.2.2 电热干燥箱：温度可保持在 105 ℃±2 ℃。5.8.3 试验步骤称取约 30 g 试样，精确至 0.01 g，置于 400 mL 烧杯中，加 200 mL 水使之溶解。用已于 105 ℃±2 ℃恒量的坩埚式过滤器过滤，用水洗涤 10 次，每次用水 20 mL。将过滤器连同滤渣在 105 ℃±2 ℃下干燥至恒量。5.8.4 结果计算水不溶物含量以质量分数w1计，按式（4）计算：式中：m2——干燥后坩埚式过滤器和滤渣的质量的数值，单位为克（g）；m1——坩埚式过滤器的质量的数值，单位为克（g）；m——试料的质量的数值，单位为克（g）。计算结果表示到小数点后两位。5.8.5 允许差取平行测定结果的算术平均值为测定结果，两次平行测定结果的绝对差值不大于0.02%。5.9 总磷含量的测定5.9.1 原理在中性条件下用过硫酸钾使试样消解，将所含磷全部氧化为正磷酸盐。在酸性介质中，正磷酸盐与钼酸铵反应，在锑盐存在下生成磷钼杂多酸后，立即被抗坏血酸还原，生成蓝色的络合物。5.9.2 试样溶液的制备称取 10 g 试样，精确至 0.01 g，加水转移至 100 mL 容量瓶中，用水定容至刻度，摇匀，此为试液 C。移取适量试液 A 于 100 mL 容量瓶中，采用逐级稀释法，用水稀释至刻度，摇匀，使待测溶液中总磷含量范围在 0.01 mg/L～0.6 mg/L。5.9.3 测定移取稀释后的待测溶液 25 mL 按 GB/T 11893-1989 中的 6.2.1.1 进行消解，按 6.2.2～6.2.4 规定的方法测定，同时进行空白试验。若消解后的溶液呈黄色，则应减少待测溶液的取样量重新进行消解。5.9.4 结果计算试样中总磷的含量以质量分数�2计，按式（5）计算：5.10 总氮的测定5.10.1 原理在120 ℃～124 ℃下，碱性过硫酸钾溶液使样品中含氮化合物的氮转化为硝酸盐，采用紫外分光光度法于波长220 nm和275 nm处，分别测定吸光度A220和A275，两者差值为校正吸光度A，总氮（以N计） 含量与校正吸光度A成正比。5.10.2 试样溶液的制备称取10 g试样，精确至0.01 g，加水转移至100 mL容量瓶中，用水稀释至刻度，摇匀。此为试液D。移取10 mL试液D至100 mL容量瓶中，加上稀释至刻度，摇匀。必要时，采用逐级稀释法，用水稀释至刻度，摇匀，使待测溶液中总氮含量范围在0.20 mg/L～7.00 mg/L。5.10.3 测定移取10 mL 试样溶液于25 mL 具塞磨口玻璃比色管中，加入10.00 mL 碱性过硫酸钾溶液（HJ 636-2012 中的 6.11），按 HJ 636-2012 中的 9.1 规定的方法测定。在绘制校准曲线时，碱性过硫酸钾溶液的加入量为 10.00 mL。5.10.4 结果计算试样中总氮含量以质量分数w3计，按式（6）计算：5.11 氯化物（Cl）含量的测定5.11.1 方法提要在酸性条件下，溶液中的氯化物与硝酸银溶液反应生成氯化银沉淀，使溶液浑浊。与标准比浊溶液进行目视比浊。5.11.2 试剂和材料5.11.2.1 硝酸溶液：1+3。5.11.2.2 硝酸银溶液：17 g/L。5.11.2.3 氯化物标准贮备溶液( Cl )：0.1 mg/mL。5.11.2.4 氯化物标准溶液：10 ug/mL。移取 10.00 mL 氯化物标准贮备溶液，置于 100 mL 容量瓶中， 用水稀释至刻度，摇匀。此溶液现用现配。5.11.3 试验步骤5.11.3.1 样品溶液的制备：准确称取 10 g 样品，精确至 0.01 g，加水溶解后转移至 50 mL 容量瓶中， 加水稀释至刻度，摇匀。5.11.3.2 标准比浊溶液的制备：用移液管量取氯化物（Cl）标准溶液 5.0 mL 于 25 mL 比色管中，加2 mL 硝酸溶液，再加入 2 mL 硝酸银溶液，用水稀释至刻度，摇匀，于暗处放置 10 min。5.11.3.3 用移液管量取 2 mL 样品溶液于 25 mL 比色管中，与标准比浊溶液同时同样处理。其浊度不得大于标准比浊溶液。5.12 硫酸盐（SO4）含量的测定5.12.1 方法提要将试样用水溶解后，溶液中的硫酸盐与氯化钡反应生成硫酸钡沉淀，使溶液浑浊。与标准比浊溶液进行目视比浊。5.12.2 试剂和材料5.12.2.1 氯化钡溶液：100 g/L。5.12.2.2 盐酸溶液：1+4。5.12.2.3 硫酸盐（SO4）标准贮备溶液：0.1 mg/mL。5.12.2.4 硫酸盐标准溶液：10 ug/mL。移取 10.00 mL 硫酸盐标准贮备溶液，置于 100 mL 容量瓶中， 用水稀释至刻度，摇匀。此溶液现用现配。5.12.3 试验步骤5.12.3.1 样品溶液的制备：准确称取 10 g 样品，精确至 0.01 g，加水溶解后转移至 100 mL 容量瓶中，加水稀释至刻度，摇匀。5.12.3.2 标准比浊溶液的制备：用移液管量取硫酸盐（SO4）标准溶液 5.0 mL 于 25 mL 比色管中，加2 mL 盐酸溶液，再加入 5 mL 氯化钡溶液，用水稀释至刻度，摇匀，放置 5 min。5.12.3.3 用移液管量取 2 mL 样品溶液于 25 mL 比色管中，与标准比浊溶液同时同样处理。其浊度不得大于标准比浊溶液。5.13 重金属的测定5.13.1 汞（Hg）和 砷（As）含量的测定按 GB/T 33086 规定的方法测定。5.13.2 镉（Cd）、铬（Cr）和铅（Pb）含量的测定按 GB/T 37883 规定的方法测定。5.14 闪点的测定按 GB/T 261 规定的方法测定。5.15 金属腐蚀速率的测定按 GB/T 21621 规定的方法测定。5.16 凝点的测定取适量试样（不需要脱水处理）按 GB/T 510-2018 中的 9.1 规定的方法测定。6、检验规则6.1 组批产品按批次检验，以同原料、同配方、同工艺、同班次所生产的产品为一批次。每批次产品应不超过 100 t。6.2 抽样6.2.1 采样单元按 GB/T 6678 规定确定采样单元数。6.2.2 液体抽样对桶装液体产品，采样时应将采样器深入桶内，从上、中、下部位采样，每个部位采样量不少于300 mL，将所采样品混匀，从中取出约 800 mL，分装于两只清洁、干燥的玻璃瓶中，密封。对于贮罐装液体产品，用采样器从罐的上、中、下部位采样，每个部位采样量不少于 500 mL，将所采样品混匀，从中取出约 800 mL，分装于两只清洁、干燥的玻璃瓶中，密封。6.2.3 固体抽样固体产品采样时，用采样器垂直插入至料层深度 3/4 处采样，按 GB/T 6679 的规定进行抽样，用四分法将所采样品缩分至不少于 200 g，分装于两只清洁、干燥的玻璃瓶中，密封。6.2.4 样品保存在密封的样品瓶上粘上标签，注明：生产厂名、产品名称、批号、采样日期和采样者姓名。一瓶供检验用，另一瓶保存三个月备查用。6.3 检验本标准规定的全部指标项目为型式检验项目，在正常生产情况下每 6 个月至少进行一次型式检验， 其中外观、CODCr、pH 值、密度、水不溶物、总磷、总氮、氯化物、硫酸盐指标项目应逐批检验。有下列情况之一时亦应进行型式检验：a) 产品定型时；b) 停产半年以上，又恢复生产时；c) 工艺、原料或生产人员发生较大差异时；d) 质量技术监督部门提出型式检验要求时。6.4 判定规则抽取样品经检验，所检项目全部合格，判该批产品为合格。若检验结果中有 1 项～2 项指标不符合本标准要求时，应重新自两倍量的包装单元中采样复验，若复验结果仍有一项不符合本标准要求时，则判定该批产品为不合格产品。若检验结果中有 3 项及以上指标不合格，判该产品为不合格。7、标志、包装、运输和贮存7.1 标志产品外包装上应有牢固清晰的标志，其内容包括：生产厂名，产品名称、商标、生产日期或批号、净质量、厂址、主要成分（适用于单一液体碳源和固体单一碳源，复合碳源除外）及含量、本标准编号以及 GB/T 191-2008 中规定的“怕晒”、“怕雨”和“向上”标志。每批出厂产品应附有质量检验报告和质量合格证。7.2 包装固体产品采用双层包装袋包装，每袋净质量 25 kg、50 kg 或依顾客要求而定。液体产品采用聚乙烯塑料桶包装，每桶净质量 25 kg、50 kg、250 kg、吨桶或依顾客要求而定。包装容器应整洁、卫生、无破损，应符合 GB/T 15346 的规定。7.3 运输运输设备应清洁卫生，产品在运输过程中严防暴晒、雨淋和受潮，不得与有毒、有害、有腐蚀性及强氧化性的物品混装、混运。7.4 贮存产品的存放地点应保持清洁、通风干燥、阴凉、严防日晒雨淋、严禁火种。不得与有害、有毒、有腐蚀性和含有异味的物品堆放在一起。液体产品保质期应为 6 个月，固体产品保质期应为 12 个月。8、安全要求部分产品按GB 6944《危险货物分类和品名编号》判定其是否属于第8类腐蚀性物质。如属于第8类腐蚀性物质，应按GB 190规定的“腐蚀性物质”要求标识。附录A（规范性） 原料危险性本文件所规定原料所对应的联合国编号、危险类别、包装要求见表A.1。

近日，北京科技大学环境工程系充分利用该专业涵盖环境和矿物加工的双重特点，从污染处理角度出发，创新性地提出了利用“地沟油”进行选矿药剂制备的综合利用技术。该项技术的进一步研究和推广应用，对于避免环境污染，降低选矿成本，减少食品安全威胁等方面都具有重要意义。 　　据介绍，使用该工艺，首先经过预处理方法将“地沟油”中的杂质进行去除，进而根据工艺需要，进行脂肪酸或脂肪酸钠的制备，获得的副产物甘油还是一种重要的化工原料。脂肪酸是铁矿、萤石矿、磷灰石矿等普遍使用的捕收剂，一般用量0.5千克/吨矿石，最终排往尾矿库，或者随精矿冶炼，几乎不会产生二次污染。

记者今天从有关部门了解到，造成此次龙江河镉污染事件的污染源已经被截断，龙江河中的镉污染源团已经得到有效控制，中上游水质基本恢复正常，柳州市的水源保护河段一直没有出现镉浓度超标情况。但由于主要污染源团还在柳江上游的龙江河段，目前柳州市区饮水水源保护地仍面临威胁。应柳州市政府紧急请求，广州军区某部昨天迅速派出官兵和运输车辆，向柳州市运送瓶装矿泉水，极大缓解了柳州市主城区群众生活饮水压力。 　　据广州军区塔山部队部队长刘小午、政委陈平华介绍，1月15日广西柳江上游支流龙江河发生重金属镉污染事件后，该部迅速启动应急响应机制，区分抢险救灾行动、自身防护、组织协调等具体工作，周密制订用兵计划，根据可能担负的搬运救灾物资器材、投放絮凝剂、运(净)水保障等救灾任务，制订了在龙江叶茂、洛东、三岔、糥米滩4个段位同时支援地方抢险救灾的预案，指定炮兵旅4个营及直属侦察营、防化营共1000余人进行值班备勤，做好遂行应急支援任务准备。1月28日晨，应柳州市政府紧急请求，塔山部队副参谋长田永江率领首批90余名官兵、5台运水车辆，赴柳东新区官塘工业区配送瓶装矿泉水22400件、450余吨。 　　截至今天15时，塔山部队仍在抓紧进行车辆、通信、净水、供电、土木工具等设施设备检修，预备救灾必需的作业工具和自身防护器材，做好支援地方抢险救灾和防病、防寒准备，确保一有情况即能迅速出动。(付文武、记者陈典宏) 　　连日来，广西柳州军分区闻令而动，先后出动民兵应急分队官兵近700人次，协助当地政府应对、处置龙江河镉污染事件。 　　22日，柳州市启用饮用水水源污染事故紧急预案，柳州军分区随即成立了由司令员刘定康、政委李实平任组长的龙江河镉污染应急事故处置组织指挥领导小组，决定由柳北区、柳南区和城中区人武部各组织1个民兵应急连到南宁化工厂执行聚合氯化铝的物资装载任务，柳城县人武部负责组织1个民兵应急连参加物资卸载、场地平整、混合稀释池修建和管道铺设等工作。随后，近300名民兵应急分队队员在南宁市化工厂奋战20多个小时，完成610吨聚合氯化铝的装载任务。 　　至28日17时止，柳城县人武部民兵应急连30名队员先后参与投放聚合氯化铝440余吨，液碱770余吨的任务，从而有效地降低了镉污染浓度。至笔者发稿时止，柳城县人武部民兵应急分队队员仍坚守在一线岗位执行中和药剂投放任务

固定剂量复方止痛药X 射线衍射法固定剂量复合剂 (FDC) 描述的是在单一剂型种包含一种以上活性药物成分（API）的药物。结合不同的 APIs 可以提高药物的效力或帮助抵消副作用。在质量控制和生产研发中，精确确认FDC中不同 APIs 的比例至关重要；XRD 被证明是这种测试的最理想工具。简介据世界卫生组织统计，头痛是最常见的神经系统疾病之一，估计有 50% 的成年人每年至少头痛一次。止痛药是专门为缓解头痛症状而配制的，通常作为非处方药和处方药提供。由于头痛可能是由不同的，并且有时是多种因素引起的，因此以不同方式影响身体的多种 APIs 的复合剂可以提高镇痛的效果。在此类固定剂量复合剂 (FDCs) 中，产品中不同镇痛药的比例至关重要。因此，物相组成的确定和确认是研发和质量控制过程中的重要步骤，这通常使用 X 射线衍射（XRD）进行表征。在本应用报告中，确定了市售的抗头痛药物的物相组成，即三种不同成分（乙酰水杨酸、对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因）的FDC。研究了不同结晶和无定型辅料的存在，并通过 Rietveld 方法定量拟合最终确定了三种组分的比例。实验样品制备FDC 以片剂形式购买，并在玛瑙研钵中手工研磨成细粉。将粉末填充在直径为 1 mm 的毛细管中用于 XRD 测试。X 射线衍射测试衍射测试是在安东帕的自动化多用途粉末 X 射线衍射仪 XRDynamic 500 上进行的，衍射仪配有毛细管旋转台和 Primux 3000 密封管 Cu靶 X 射线源。入射光路使用椭球 Ni/C 多层膜反射镜聚焦 X 射线束的水平透射几何，毛细管在其中旋转时进行测试。结果定性分析本报告中检测的样品包含三种主要成分：乙酰水杨酸（ASA）、对乙酰氨基酚（扑热息痛）和咖啡因。FDC 的衍射图案显示出几个尖锐的布拉格峰，清楚地表明存在结晶相。与文献数据模拟的所有三种 APIs 的粉末图样直接比较表明，测试数据的大多数反射都与模拟非常吻合，无论是在峰值位置还是强度(图1)。 数个反射峰 (见于12.5°, 16.5°, 19.2°, 19.6°, 20°, 21.3° 和 23.8° 2θ) 无法与 API 相关，因此需要进一步分析。图 1：将 FDC 样品的测试衍射图与从所有三种已知 APIs 模拟的图谱进行比较。无法解释的反射标有 *。三个最强的无法解释的反射的放大视图显示为镶嵌。比较从文献数据模拟的 α-乳糖水合物的衍射图与 FDC 衍射图清楚地表明，乳糖的最强反射与迄今为止 API 未解释的峰位置一致（图 2）。图 2: 测试的 FDC 衍射图谱与 α-乳糖水合物的模拟图谱比较。对数坐标绘制 FDC 图谱清楚地揭示了广泛的特征，表明除了已经确定的晶相之外，还有其他非晶成分（图3）。图 3: 对数坐标绘制测试FDC衍射谱图和由所有结晶组分和背景拟合模拟的谱图。定量分析图4 显示了基于 Rietveld 精修的 FDC 的定量评估结果。图 4: 测试的FDC 衍射谱和定量拟合后的拟合谱图的比较。还绘制了拟合和测试谱图之间的差异以及拟合的背景。在拟合程序后，模拟数据的所有反射位置和强度都与测试数据吻合良好。通过安东帕的 XRDanalysis PRO 软件中的自动 Rietveld 拟合顺序进行拟合，使用具有 12 个系数的 Chebyshev 多项式来描述背景。选定的拟合 R 值在表 1 中给出。表1: FDC 样品定量拟合的选定的 R 值。表2：不考虑无定形组分，从定量拟合结果计算的相对和绝对质量。以所有结晶组分值为M(all)=600 mg 和用于APIs 的值为M(all)=500 mg 进行计算。绝对质量是由从Rietveld 精修获得的相对质量和用作样品片剂的质量计算出。这种近似是有缺陷的，因为无定形成分的相对数量是未知的，因此尚不清楚药片的总质量中有多少是由四个结晶相组成的。为了给出更真实的近似值，在计算成分的相对重量时忽略了乳糖，将三种APIs 的总和看成100。由于结构中存在可见的非晶峰，因此也可以对非晶进行量化（图5）。为此，假定线性背景代表理想化的预期背景。背景上方的区域被分配为一个无定形的驼峰，在21.3° 2θ 处 FWHM 约为8°。图 5: FDC 测试的谱图和基于 Rietveld 精修的定量分析后模拟谱图的比较。还绘制了理想化的线性背景和非晶物相的贡献。计算出无定形相的相对质量为 19%，再次假定片剂为 600 mg，其绝对质量为 114 mg。表 3 中给出了结晶和无定形组分的相对和绝对质量。表3：对 M(all)=600 mg，所有结晶和无定形组分的定量拟合计算的相对和绝对质量根据制造商的说法，一粒 600 mg 的药片应含有 500 mg 的 API，这意味着计算出的 114 mg 的无定形比预期的要大。因此，API 物相的绝对质量都比预期的少约 10 mg。然而，由于绝对质量的这些差异仅转化为相对质量高达 3% 的偏差，因此它们完全在这种定量拟合的误差范围内。此外，与表 2 中的值相比，考虑到无定形相的定量分析提供了更合理的值，并且还允许在相对质量中包含乳糖-水合物。还应该提到的是，用于量化无定形成分的理想化背景只是一个近似值，选择不同的背景参数可以改变结果。在这种情况下，当量化无定形成分时，这会导致固有的不准确性。解决此问题的一种可能解决方案是测量仅包含结晶 APIs 而没有任何无定形材料的样品，并将这种图样的背景与 FDC 样品衍射谱图进行比较。结论实验清楚地表明，粉末 X 射线衍射是确定研发和质量控制药物材料中物相组成的强有力工具。即使在非常低的浓度下，也可以确定结晶辅料和无定形组分的存在和数量。由于物相确定和定量拟合可能很困难，特别是对于包含不同浓度的多相体系，因此必须使用具有高分辨和良好信噪比的衍射仪，XRDynamic 500 已被证明是完美用于此类应用的仪器。

农药GLP实验室是指试验项目的计划、试验、监督、记录，归档和报告等组织程序和试验条件的质量体系符合《农药环境评价良好实验室规范》。农药环境检测项目最大的一个特点就是周期短、项目数量多、检测频繁、质量保证人员很难在个环节都能够及时全面地进行监控。今天为大家简要介绍LIMS在农药检测行业的具体应用实施案例，各位可结合企业自身的情况考量LIMS的应用问题。案例：上海市某研究所检测中心信息化背景介绍：该研究所建于1963年，主要从事化学农药、生物农药、农药剂型的研发；农药、化肥质量检测；农产品、食品质量检测；农药登记药效试验；农药登记残留试验；农药登记环境安全评价试验；农药标准物质研制等工作。本系统的主要任务是为该研究所分析中心关于农药检测中涉及到的各种信息进行管理，从而实现无纸化办公；通过本系统，检测分析相关各种信息并保存在服务器数据库中，通过对数据库的访问来获得所需信息生产报告，并进行统计分析，为决策提供详实的数据依据。同时，可以减少信息浪费、冗余，提高信息利用率，提高信息员工作效率，规范工作流程。另外，该系统在信息预警， CNAS认证支持方面也必须做出支持。项目实施：在ISO17025框架下，从检测业务的“委托、检测、结果报告编制与审核”等工作环节，系统根据该研究所的农用化学品部的检测业务，从运转下单到检测原始记录的填写、报告的自动生成、标样、残留、环境毒理实验室的试验操作流程的管理和维护、主计划表的维护、样品信息（条码）的管理、文件管理以及其他辅助性功能的管理（标样管理、材料试剂管理、仪器设备、客户信息管理等）。该系统立项开始，经过需求调研、产品设计、开发，系统部署到该研究所服务器，开始试用并为实际操作人员提供用户培训，在试用期间不断优化、完善，最终项目成功验收。包含但不仅限于以下功能：1）录入运转单:根据该研究所的运转单模板定制，其中不管是委托单位信息还是受检单位信息有保存记忆的功能，一次添加完成后，下次输入后可自动关联相关信息。样品信息直接从样品库中选择，相关信息也会自动关联，被添加的样品自动绑定运转单编号，后该样品不能再被选择。检测项目可以在库中直接选择，也可以独立添加。2）样品管理：对样品信息进行管理，批量入库、领用和归还样品，打印二维码、试验完成后样品处理3）录入检测结果：修改可以直接录入结果值和判定，也可以批量导出检测项，批量录入检测结果后，再导入进系统，使操作更加便利，用户还有申请一起，查看检测方法文件。4）温箱预警：设置温箱的预警界限值，预警消息的接受人员，以及预警消息存放的文件路径，设置完成之后，预警人员可以收到预警消息。5）报告打印存档：报告审核审批后，查看报告状态，打印或是未打印，报告打印完成后，订单冻结，报告打印盖章后的报告可上传至系统。

“推进无磺中草药高峰论坛”10月14日开幕，广州中医药行业率先承诺——“国外有中草药含二氧化硫的标准，但我们国家却没有。作为广东的企业，应该先行先试，成为制订标准的领头羊！”10月14日上午，为响应“建设中医药强省”的号召，本报主办的“推进无磺中草药高峰论坛”正式开幕，包括广州市食品药品监督管理局，致信中药饮片、市药材公司、健泽药业等药企，以及多家三甲医院在内的近20家单位、企业、医院参加了会议，三大药企率先签署自律承诺书，引进先进设备，降低所收购药材中的二氧化硫，让市民能用上健康、放心的中草药材。 　　广东应“标准先行，敢吃螃蟹” 　　今年9月1日始，本报连续多日，报道目前国内中草药“硫磺熏蒸”泛滥的现实，引起了主管部门、中医药行业及市民的高度关注。广州市食品药品监督管理局负责人、中医药专家指出，含有过量的二氧化硫将破坏中药饮片药性，甚至可能对人体造成重金属中毒。 　　昨日上午，由新快报主办，南方电视台、广东电视台等多家媒体支持的“迎亚运创造健康中医药环境——暨推进无磺中草药高峰论坛”隆重召开，包括知名药企、广州各大三甲医院、连锁药店及药监局在内的近20家单位参与了会议，就目前中药含硫是否应该制定标准、如何制定标准的问题展开了激烈的讨论。广东新快报社社长李宜航、总编辑陆扶民，广州市食品药品监督管理局法制处副处长张建山参加了此次高峰论坛。 　　与会的省人大常委会委员祁海指出，广东是中医药大省，也应该成为中医药强省。中医药强省怎么来？祁海用八个字归纳：标准先行，敢吃螃蟹。“国家没有标准，广东可以先搞呀，可以提请广东省政府组织专家进行实验研究及评估，及早出台中草药的标准。广东作为改革开放的先锋模范，可以成为制定标准的领头羊！” 　　三大药企承诺控制含硫量 　　在此次高峰论坛上，广东省政协委员罗活活传达了这样一个观点：制定中草药含二氧化硫的标准势在必行，但企业自律更加重要。作为在广州各大医院、零售药店拥有着较大市场的三家药企：广州市致信中药饮片有限公司、广州市药材公司和广州健泽药业有限公司，对此纷纷响应，他们希望国家能够尽快制定中药含二氧化硫的标准，而在相关标准出台前，企业会主动将二氧化硫纳入药材性状的检测范围内，在饮片生产过程中严格控制二氧化硫的含量。在高峰论坛结束前，三家药企还当场签署自律承诺书，控制中药饮片中二氧化硫的含量。 　　广州中医药大学附属第一医院代表唐洪梅还指出，作为广州中医药学会的理事单位，广州中医药大学希望能够推进中药含二氧化硫国标的制定，但希望得到药监部门及其他医院的支持。 　　“消费者还要转变用药观念，有些外观看起来越好的药品，药效反而越差，打磺越严重。”致信中药饮片董事长魏平表示，外观重于质量是很多人挑药的标准，比如说天麻，它就是皱巴巴黄瘪瘪的一块，硬是通过打磺注水等方式让它白净饱满。消费者应该转变观念，一起让中草药回归它的本质。 　　焦点问题 　　一、为什么要制定标准？ 　　中药材含硫标准出台已迫在眉睫 　　中药材到底能不能打磺？药材中是否可以完全避免含有二氧化硫，不能的话又该遵循什么样的标准？对于这些问题，与会的所有药企和专家的观点几乎一致：打磺行为虽不可取，但中药材不可能完全做到不含硫，因此迫切需要制定二氧化硫含量标准。 　　对于中药材打磺的行为，广州健泽药业有限公司总经理王成君称，从整个中国药材的发展史上来看，中药材打磺并非完全有害无益，在古时的中国，用硫磺熏制中药材，实际上是一种比较传统的保藏方法。但是到了现代，利益熏心的药农和药商使用硫磺过度熏制药材，以使产品色泽鲜艳好看，便于出售和囤积。 　　“但是药农对中药材打磺也有一定的原因。”广州白云山和记黄埔中药有限公司GAP研究开发中心专家邓乔华表示，药材普遍打磺是因为水分严重超标，在保存期内极易生虫发霉而变质，生产者和经销商为了方便和利益就对药材打磺。 　　健泽药业总经理助理何云同样认为，这不是一家企业的问题，而是整个行业的困惑。“拒绝打磺并不意味着中药材不能含硫，因为土壤中本来就会含硫，如果要求中药材不含硫的话，那么我们将面临着无药可医的状态，所以最终这里面要有一个标准。” 　　二、企业如何制定标准？ 　　制定行业间标准企业自律应先行 　　既然制定二氧化硫含量标准迫在眉睫，那么该如何制定标准呢？广东省政协委员罗活活，以她20多年来办企业的经历为例，传达了这样一个观点：“尽管国家目前还没有出台相关标准，但企业应该制定自己的内部标准，实行企业自律。有了标准，企业生产的产品才会有品质保障。” 　　“中草药制定标准有一定难度，众所周知，出标准前是要做实验的，国际上用老鼠用狗，但同样的中药，用在人和动物身上可能有完全不同的效果。”广州采芝林药业有限公司副厂长甘爱皆举例道：“比如说断肠草，小猪因为水肿、哮喘、肠胃不消化而长不大，可以用断肠草熬汤给小猪喝，用以治病。但人吃了断肠草，反而会致命。” 　　但是这一问题对广州中医药大学第一附属医院来说，是一个可以突破的问题。该院药剂科主任唐洪梅表示，“二氧化硫本身并不是罪大恶极，我们呼吁政府尽快出台相关标准。”她同时表态：“我们有着强大的力量，有能力、有水平做出相关标准来，并在药监部门的支持下，最终将这一标准做成行业标准推向全国。” 　　3制定标准有何进展？ 　　穗多家龙头药企将严控含硫药材 　　为保障群众用药安全，营造良好的中药行业氛围，与会的药企纷纷现场表态，将采取措施严格控制二氧化硫含量超高的中草药材，而健泽药业更是率先表态将把二氧化硫含量纳入检测项目。 　　致信中药饮片有限公司董事长魏平表示，在新快报报道之后，该企业非常重视中药含硫的问题，且已将二氧化硫纳入检测的范围。尽管国家仍没有标准，但该企业承诺：自媒体曝光之后起，致信生产的都将是能达到国际标准的中药材。“我们一定能够做到这一点，而且已经开发出用蒸气蒸透的方式将附在药材上的大部分二氧化硫去除。”魏平表示，尽管这样一来，企业的总成本将可能上升2％—3％，但却可以提高药材的品质。 　　而广州健泽药业有限公司总经理王成君表示：“针对目前中药材原料市场打磺现象的普遍性，我们已经将二氧化硫含量的测定作为原料采购的一个重要检测审核指标，订购了‘二氧化硫残留量测定仪器’。”王成君表示，这样既可保证市场需求的供应，又能尽最大限度控制二氧化硫的残留量。同时，该企业与暨南大学和中科院广州分院检测中心，已就二氧化硫在中药材中残留的快速检测和后期加工的脱硫讨论草拟科研课题，并会在近期确定课题具体内容，尽快推进落实。 　　在会议结束后，与会的四家药业公司，除康美药业股份有限公司外，广州致信中药饮片有限公司、广州采芝林药业有限公司、健泽三家龙头药企同时积极响应本报倡导并在承诺书上签字，将严格控制二氧化硫含量高的中草药材，营造健康良好的行业氛围，保障人民群众的用药安全。 　　省政协委员罗活活直指：中药走不出国界就因无含硫标准 　　新快报讯“为什么我们的中草药走不向世界？即使在国外，也只是在华人区里得到认可？就是因为没有含硫的标准！”在昨日上午的高峰论坛上，省政协委员罗活活用激昂的话语传达了她的观点：制定中草药含磺标准势在必行，而企业自律也非常重要。“但是，自己制定和执行标准是一件非常痛苦和矛盾的事情，因为成本会增加，肯定影响企业利润。”罗活活说，中草药打磺的一个理由就是让其外观靓丽，可以达到“以次充好”的目的，而这中间的利润空间非常大。 　　广州市药监局：硫磺熏蒸中药材发现一处查一处 　　新快报讯　广州市药监局对新快报此次主办的高峰论坛给予了高度评价。“高峰论坛的举办可以让全社会共同关注药品安全，促进医药经济健康发展，这是对食品药监部门工作的最大支持。”该局政策法规处副处长张建山表示，为保障群众安全，营造良好的药材市场氛围，药监局将坚决打击硫磺熏蒸中药材违法行为。 　　据张建山介绍，2003年，广州市药监局就发现市场上存在硫磺熏蒸中药材违法行为，在坚决打击的同时，及时上报省药监局、国家药监局。2004年，国家药监局下发相关批复，明确规定：对于在市场流通领域的部分中药材和中药饮片，通过采用硫磺熏蒸或浸泡达到外观漂白的行为，应按照生产、销售劣质药查处。 　　张建山表示，广州将坚决贯彻国家药监局的要求，对此类违法行为发现一宗查处一宗，始终保持高压态势。 　　广州华侨医院中医科主任孙升云博士呼吁：研究中药保质期发挥最佳效果 　　新快报讯　“硫磺是中药，用不用不是药厂也不是医院说了算，是医生说了算。”广州华侨医院中医科主任孙升云博士说：“如果病人非得要吃硫磺，我给他开1。5克到3克就行了，何必吃太多含硫超高的药材？”这话引起了在场人员难得的笑声。 　　“花精力去制定含硫量标准是一回事，切实解决中药材保存方法的问题也不容忽视。” 　　“同时，国家也要加强科研力度，让药监局或者相关部门去做一个专项研究，把中药材的保质期做出来，用以发挥中药材的最佳效用。” 　　现场PK 　　国家暂未出台标准是否就说含硫合理？ 　　新快报讯　“要说中草药含硫超高，那食品的含硫量不更高？”该代表举红酒为例，“红酒的含硫量为160毫克／千克，半斤算他40毫克／千克，对比韩国中药材含硫标准30毫克／千克，它算不算高？但喝了有危害吗？” 　　麦克风里还在延续着这位代表的疑问，广州赛特检测有限公司董事长郑永旭立马纠正他：“红酒的含硫量最低下限是250毫克／千克！” 　　“中国用硫磺熏制中药的传统沿袭了几千年，有关药学研究专家表示其源头都无法追溯。中药材打磺存在这么久，国家又有钱又有专家，也没有见要制定什么含量标准啊！”该代表说。 　　郑永旭对此却持有不同观点：“的确，中草药的含硫标准国家没有出台，但食品的标准已经有了，这也是在食品打磺行为长期存在之后出现的。”

上海中医药大学位于浦东张江高科技园区科研教育区内，是新中国诞生后国家首批建立的四所中医高等院校之一。目前中药学院教研室对酶的活性进行深入研究，通过恒pH滴定进行开展相关实验。 　　恒pH 滴定主要用于鉴定药品、检测酶制品纯度以及研究化学反应动力学。恒pH表示pH 值恒定，即在某一特定时段内保持pH值恒定。这项技术尤其被用于测定诸如酶的活性等反应动力学参数。生成或消耗H+的酶反应可以通过pH电极来跟踪。这些生成或被消耗的H+可以通过分别添加一定量的碱或酸来中和，由此来控制使pH值恒定。滴定剂的添加速率与被测样品(如酶)的反应速率成正比。脂肪酶的活性测定就是一个很典型的例子。恒pH滴定在制药工业中的另一个应用领域则是用来测定解酸药的缓冲能力。这就意味着测定反应速率、酸中和能力、缓冲能力等特性是非常重要的。 　　该大学的中药学院药剂教研室在研究酶的活性过程中，实验中应用恒pH 滴定，采用手动滴定并人工控制pH的恒定，操作困难且得到实验结果并不理想。鉴于该情况，我司技术部推荐中医药大学老师采用TIM854恒pH自动电位滴定仪，可以达到自动控制滴定终点并保持恒pH滴定。 　　目前，中医药大学采购自雷迪美特公司的TIM854恒pH自动电位滴定仪已顺利完成安装调试，并取得良好的实验结果。 　　更详细的信息，请咨询雷迪美特中国有限公司： cherryradiometer@126.com 020-87683635。

“有数据显示，我国儿童用药有50%是超说明书用药的，这也意味着我国儿科医生在维护我国儿童权益的过程中，也走在非法执业的边缘。”4月11日，卫生部医政司马旭东在由卫生部医政司主办的《中国国家处方集》(化学药品与生物制品卷.儿童版)(以下简称“儿童处方集”)全国征求意见会议上说。马旭东认为：“应该有一个符合行业规范和共识的处方集，在维护儿童看病权益的同时维护儿科医师的职业权益。” 　　90%的药品没有儿童剂型 　　据《中国国家处方集》编委会办公室副主任胡茵介绍，我国儿童药品面临临床研究少、用药品种少，剂量及剂型缺乏等问题，90%的药品没有儿童剂型。2006年，国家药品不良反应监测的儿童医院报告数据显示：我国儿童用药不良反应率达12.9%，新生儿高达24.4%，而成年人为6.9%。 　　临床研究少，造成儿童用药剂量不科学。数据显示，我国儿童用药中，仍约有50%左右是以成人用药减半对儿童使用，而儿童常用药物剂量计算方法也存在差异。临床普遍采用的按照千克体重计算儿童用药剂量的方法，把儿童当成缩小的成人看待，忽视了儿童特殊的生理条件，因此，科学性和可靠性也存在问题。 　　还有一个调查显示，北京上海重庆等地的聋哑学校学生，70%是由于儿童时期用药使用不当造成的。此外，胡茵表示，我国儿童用药中还普遍存在抗生素及注射剂滥用问题，中成药使用的问题也较多。但大多数情况是，因为药品说明书模糊不清，很多时候人们并不知道如何“酌量减量”。 　　首都儿科研究所一位专家表示，很多药品在说明书设置方面，存在很大缺陷。不仅很多中成药中没有儿童剂量的说明，而且在一些儿童药品中也只是说明了两岁以上儿童服药的注意情况，而对于两岁以下儿童往往没有任何说明，或者只是一句简单的“酌情用药”或者“请遵医嘱”来一笔带过，对于不良反应也没有具体说明。“因此，很多时候儿科医生往往都是"经验治病开药"。” 　　首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院特级专家胡仪吉教授认为，因为儿童用药种类少且说明书不全，儿科医生处境很尴尬，要么没有药，要么剂量拿不准。并且一些在国外规定儿童禁用的药品，我国可能还在用于儿童。“例如阿奇霉素，在美国不批准16岁以下儿童静脉注射，否则就是违法。但我国都在用，只是标明16岁以下安全性不清楚。” 　　胡茵表示，尽管我国也非常重视儿童用药问题，在已经发布的临床诊疗指南、药品须知和《中国国家处方集》中，有一些小儿内科的内容，且中华医学会的儿科分会各学科也在不同程度制定了临床指南和路径，但的确缺少一部全面覆盖儿科各疾病系统的权威的指导书籍。 　　由卫生部医政司主办的《中国国家处方集》(化学药品与生物制品卷儿童版)全国征求意见会议不久前在北京召开。这是国内首部专为儿童编制的临床用药指导文献，6月1日将正式面世。 　　目前我国还没有一部全面覆盖儿科各疾病系统的权威性用药指导书籍，因此相关人士对这部文献的编著表示极大赞誉。但也有专家认为，这本临床用药指导文献作用尽管意义重大，随着医改的深入，仅一本文献还不够，尤其是目前国内儿童药面临的诸多问题仍有待解决。 　　胡茵对记者介绍说，2011年3月，卫生部医政司委托《中国国家处方集》编委会办公室，组织全国150余名儿科著名医药学专家开始编写儿童处方集。历时一年多，终于编撰完毕并召开全国征求意见会议。 　　胡茵告诉记者，根据计划，如果进展顺利，这本书将在6月1日面世，作为六一节的礼物送给广大中国儿童，并且将在今后每两三年修订更新一次。 　　对儿童药物研发具引导示范作用 　　记者了解到，目前全球拥有专门的儿童处方集的国家不多，英国上世纪90年代推出了《英国国家处方集》(儿童版)，每隔半年更新一次，世界卫生组织也在随后推出了《WHO示范处方集》(儿童版)。“儿童处方集”的面世，将成为国内首部专为儿童编制的临床用药指导文献。 　　据胡茵介绍，儿童处方集主要参照《英国国家处方集》(儿童版)及国际惯例，将年龄界定为0岁至18岁。药品信息主要以说明书为基础，用法和用量参考《英国国家处方集》(儿童版)、《WHO示范处方集》(儿童版)、《中国国家处方集》，儿科各种疾病指南等，按疾病系统分为20章，设计234种儿科疾病及其治疗方案，收录药物822种，共130万余字。 　　该书主编、首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院特级专家胡仪吉对记者说，该书的一大特点就是，结合儿科的临床治疗需要，将新生儿疾病独立设置一章，并在内分泌系统疾病用药中增加了遗传代谢病内容、在风湿免疫疾病用药中增加了先天性免疫缺陷疾病内容，突出儿科疾病临床表现。
