The Controlled Pattern Growth of Aligned Carbon NanotubesAbstract Micropatterns of aligned carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method, and patterned structure of aligned CNTs was controlled through patterned formation of silicon oxide (SiO2) using lithographic technology.
