2 SPR FLOW CELL OPTREL GBR WWW.OPTREL.DE The SPR flow cell is custom made for the Multiskop and optimized for the adsorptionmeasurements. The cell utilizes the Kretschman configuration (excitation of surface plas-mona via a prism). The design of prism clamp maximizes the accessible angle range ofthe reflection scans and ensures that the beam is not chopped off. Cell and cover are made of a special aluminium alloy with a black anodised surface. Celland cover can be hooked up to a laboratory thermostat for a reproducible temperaturewithin the cell. The cell has a inlet and outlet which should be hooked up to a peristaltic pump containingvour solution of interest. Please note: Adsorption measurement require special prism with a high refractive indexsuch as LASF9 (n=1.84).Prism, thermostat or peristaltic pumps are not part of thisoffer.
