微库仑滴定仪测定癸烯的溴价含量 使用京都电子公司(KEM)-库仑法卡氏水分测定仪(MKC-520),测定癸烯溴价含量的应用资料。库仑法卡氏水分测定仪(MKC-520)不仅可以应用在测量水分含量,也可以应用在测试溴价和溴指数。 符合下列标准规范: SH/T 0630-1996 石油产品溴价、溴指数测定法(电量法)。 石油产品溴价、溴指数测定仪(MKC-520) 主要特点: 1. 大型液晶显示屏幕,清晰显示所需的讯息。 2. 符合SH/T 0630和ASTM D1492。 3. 内置隔膜式双液试剂电解电极,可选无隔膜式单液试剂电解电极。 4. 可测定石油产品和芳烃类产品的溴价和溴指数。 5. 可选加搅拌器和测量池,扩充至两组单元,方便不同试样测定。 6. 符合优良实验室和良好作业的标准规范程序。 7. 可选择使用中文或英文的操作界面。

KEM Application Note No.KCZ-09189Kyoto ElectronicsNo.LN37-09169 No.KCZ-09189 Bromine number Measurement (Coulometry) Bromine number of decene -Abstract一 With MKC-520, measurement of bromine number of decene resulted with goodrepeatability, and it is considered to be practical to use MKC-520. -Equipment- Main unit : Coulometric KF moisture titratorMKC-520Electrode : Twin Pt electrode M-713 Inner cell (#433-0006) -Reagent- Anolyte : mixture of acetic acid 600mL, methanol 260mL,1M-potassium bromide140mL Catholyte : 0.2M-potassium chloride -Method- Pretreatment ① Added 7.007g(Wt1) decene to 100mL flask, and diluted with toluene up to theline and weighed at (wt2:86.605g). ② Added 1mL of solution to 100mL flask and diluted with toluene to the line. ③Dilution ratio was obtained from eq: Dilution ratio=Wt2/Wt1×100=1211 Preparation Added anolyte to titration cell and catholyte to the inner cell. ② Added 1mL sample and performed Pre-Titration to stabilize drift level.
