Act as a key person to support direct bidding projects of SSD & CSD;
Work closely with SSD & CSD team and help to reduce the bidding paperwork and working more efficiently
Act as a focal point between tendering agency and Agilent, transfer bidding information to sales team, purchase bidding document, apply bid bond and bid service fee according to Agilent process
Optimize bidding process according Agilent rule and strategy
Provide the direct bidding win/rate data to company
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or University Degree or equivalent
Good communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Proactive work attitude, responsible and detail-oriented

This position is for supporting LC&LCMS products business in East China focused on Biopharmaceutical segment. The major role and responsibility:
Develop application, method or solution on Agilent instrumentation.
Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, third parties.
provide demo support and training on LC&LCMS technologies and products for customers.
Provide technical support to sales and customers by answering technical inquiries, running samples and providing on-site support.
Deliver presentation in related seminar, workshop and user meeting.
Create, maintain and develop relationships with senior influencers.
Monitoring and continuously updating the dynamic set of marketing & sales tools and make sure they are effectively utilized.
Ensure all activities comply with the company’s policies, values and with local law.
Internal Qualifications
Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 4-5+ years relevant Biopharmaceutical industry experience.
Training & experience in broader pharma industry
Broad technical and applications knowledge in biopharmaceutical industry
Have good knowledge for market competition about Biopharma industry
Knowledge of the life science market drivers and market mix in order to develop and implement successful business development strategy
Demonstrated ability in building consensus with cross-functional groups.
Team player, ability to motivate, coach and develop people in an organization
Proven project management skills working with cross functional teams of indirect reports
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
