职位名称：Enterprise Service Project Manager 职位描述/要求：Key Responsibilities: * Ownership of leading CrossLab Enterprise relocation service projects or programs implementation, ongoing projects analysis and improvement initiatives mainly in North of China. * Coordinate and collaborate with external and other internal organizations, functions to meet customer needs and increase CrossLab business. * Track the key project results to ensure desired financial and customer benefits are achieved. * Independently assess the business case and associated business issues to drive the optimal solution and project approach. * Champion and lead organizational capability in process and project management expertise (e.g. 6 Sigma, Lean). * Leads/participates the timely and effective management of projects typically driven by new products, policies & procedures, organizational changes at a country and or region level. * Lead other key business projects to meet overall project objectives and goals.
Qualifications: * BS/MS degree in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical. Priority for candidates who have Business or Finance background. * >2 years customer service operational, Project or Program Management experience. Good knowledge in customer service business, including service products buildup, commercialization and promotion. * Proven ability to assess complex business problems and convert into solutions. Good knowledge and experience of program and project leading and execution. Financial data analytical capability is an add-on. * Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management & geographies * Honest, trustworthy and teamwork. * Fluent in English & Chinese, and good communication & presentation skill. *This position involves frequent business travel.
