Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Engineer will identify business opportunities for accessory/software/upgrade items by developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers in order to increase interest and qualify leads for the accessory biz. He/She must have a keen understanding of MRS/BBIO product offerings, and the ability to close smaller deals whilst communicating value to our customers. Support of direct system sales projects in China.
• Understand and create the needs and expectations of customers and provide relevant solution • Analyze, prospect and build an accessory sales pipeline for the Sales managers via calling, email communication and other direct marketing methods • Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate and drive leads through the sales process to orders • Consistently update and record in Salesforce with regular activity reports • Meet the target together with Sales Manager on accessory items according to the agreed budget plan • Act as bridge between marketing and sales on each market activities and work toward the objectives • Coordinate on sales process on the assigned sales project. • Preparing and submitting reports covering all sales and marketing activities with accuracy and detail. • Performing other tasks as assigned by Sales leader. • Prepare tender documents for the Sales Team: Instrument Specifications, Reference documents • Prepare technical quotations in SAP for order processing and price calculations
Qualifications: • Bachelor degree or above in a related field • NMR or related Magnetic Resonance product knowledge or at least 3 years equivalent experience • Excellent computer skills combined with strong internet research skills • Highly organized, attentive to detail, and multi-tasking capabilities • Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a strong team relationship and interactions • Effectively communicate, at all levels, both internally and externally • Fluent English in reading, writing, listening and speaking
