职位名称：销售工程师（表面力学/AFM) — 西安 职位描述/要求：Sales responsibilities 1) Business Development o Selling Anton Paar scientific equipment and services to customers. o 向客户销售安东帕的科学仪器和服务。 o Effective management of existing customer accounts and the generation of new accounts through prospecting, lead generation and follow up. o 有效管理和开发现有客户；通过潜在客户挖掘和销售线索跟进，开发新客户。 o Visits customer sites on a regular basis to give sales presentations, perform instrument demonstrations and install new products o 定期访问客户现场，进行销售演示、仪器演示和安装部分新产品。 o Supporting customers in application and equipment evaluations. o 在应用和设备选型方面为客户提供支持。 o Preparation of quotation and bidding documents, negotiation and handling of sales projects, completing bidding project independently. o 准备报价和投标文件，谈判和处理销售项目，独立完成投标项目。 2) CRM Daily Job o According to the Anton-Paar guideline of CRM system, ensure to enter the right information to achieve the quantity and quality requirements in CRM. o 按公司对CRM质量要求管理好CRM系统，确保信息符合要求 3) Marketing Responsibility o Supporting the development of marketing communication; Participating at conferences and exhibitions. o 支持市场活动；参加会议和展览。 o Collecting and analyse the market information of competitor’s product such as pricing, scientific principles, difference, weakness, and application point. o 收集和分析同类产品的市场信息，如定价、原理、差异、弱点和应用点。 o Cross selling: sharing the sales-leads to other colleagues in difference product lines once you have. o 将销售线索分享给其他产品线的同事。 4) Others o Managing the existing dealers and developing new dealers once necessary. o 管理现有经销商，必要时开发新的经销商。 o Performs other duties as assigned. o 履行领导分配的其他职责。
Minimum required education, experience, knowledge and skills; o Bachelor’s degree required in electrical, mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material, Polymer, Food, or physics or related field; prefer to Master’s degree or PhD in related field o 本科以上学历；化学、化工、材料、高分子、食品、物理等相关专业；相关专业硕士和博士学历优先。 o 2 years working experience as sales in related industry o 2年以上相关行业销售经验 o Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills o 良好的口头/书面沟通和人际交往能力 o To be able to work independently and under pressure; business trip frequently. o 有独立工作的能力和一定的抗压性；能适应经常出差的工作。 o Good written and reading English communication skills are essential. o 熟练的英文读写能力 o Team player o 有团队合作精神
