    职位描述/要求:Primary responsibilities:

    1)Team Management:
    o Making the Employee Performance Evaluation to your subordinates cooperating with Sales Manager (PL); managing team in a professional way. To have a clear goal/task to your team member, providing prompt support
    o 与产品线销售经理一起,设定下属员工的绩效评估标准;以专业的方式管理团队。为团队成员制定明确的目标/任务,必要时提供及时支持。
    o Evaluate the annual KPI of subordinates cooperating with Sales Manager (PL); Make the assessment for the subordinates in probation period
    o 与产品线销售经理一起,对下属年度关键绩效指标进行考核;对试用期内的下属进行试用期考核。
    o Conducts recruitment once have vacancy in your team including interview candidates and advise your professional comments hiring or not.
    o 当你的团队出现空缺时,参与招聘流程:包括面试候选人,并提出你专业性的建议,是否录用。

    2)Product Management
    o Organizing sales tools preparation and update
    o 组织协调销售工具准备和更新
    o Conducting to audit and prepare training materials
    o 培训材料的审核和准备。
    o Collection and sorting out the application solution in the related industry,
    o 收集整理相关行业的解决方案
    o Demo assets management.
    o 样机资产管理。
    o Local sourcing and qualification on local purchased goods once necessary
    o 必要时,采购当地货物并与总部确认资格认证。
    o Making suggestions regarding product portfolio enhancement; Communication with overseas colleague to deliver the failure report of the responsible product and instrument to improve and enhance the quality of the product.
    o 提出产品组合改进建议; 与海外同事沟通,提交相关产品和仪器的意见和建议,以改进和提高产品质量。

    3)Market Development
    o Find new potential market segment to ensure further growth.
    o 寻找新的潜在细分市场以确保进一步增长。
    o Conducts the marketing activities with marketing dept.; researching and identifying new market opportunities by attending trade shows, conferences and product demonstrations.
    o 与市场部开展市场营销活动;通过参加贸易展览、会议和产品展示,研究和识别新的市场机会。
    o Conducts market and competitive analysis from relevant sources such as marketing reports and research, publications, conferences, etc.
    o 从市场报告和研究、出版物、会议等相关来源进行市场和同类产品的分析。

    4)CRM Management
    o Manage and monitor the subordinates’ CRM tasks are aligned to the Anton Paar standard procedures.
    o 管理和帮助下属按照CRM要求操作。

    5)Training
    o Organizing and arranging to re-visit customers and training on Customer site.
    o 组织、协调、安排客户回访及现场培训。
    o Organizing technical training to the sales and service engineers.
    o 组织、协调销售和服务工程师和用户的技术培训。

    6)Others
    o Responsible for the lab management; monitoring the SOP documents for operation and maintaining lab instruments.
    o 负责实验室管理的工作,管理监督实验室仪器的SOP文件。
    o Initiatively learning the new application and technology in the assigned product lines.
    o 主动学习掌握所分配产品线的最新技术及应用。
    o Performs other duties as assigned.
    o 履行分配的其他职责。


    Minimum required education, experience, knowledge and skills
    •Bachelor’s degree required in Food & Beverage or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; prefer to Master’s degree or PhD in related field
    • 本科以上学历;食品饮料、化学、化工等相关专业;相关专业硕士和博士学历优先。
    • 3 years related working experience as application or technical support in related industry
    • 3年以上相关行业应用或技术支持经验
    • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
    • 良好的口头/书面沟通和人际交往能力
    • To be able to work independently and under pressure; business trip frequently.
    • 有独立工作的能力和一定的抗压性;能适应经常出差的工作。
    • Good written and reading English communication skills are essential.
    • 熟练的英文读写能力
    • Team player
    • 有团队合作精神
