职位名称:宁波-实验室耗材销售 职位描述/要求:主要职责; (1)Sales of LSAG (Life Science & Applied Market) instruments supplies and consumables like the core products of columns, sample preparation and supplies products within assigned territories. (2)Provide pre-sales and application consultancy to customers. (3)Work with business operation Manager to implement sales plans in order to contribute to business growth. (4)Effectively seeks and penetrates new accounts in target business, new customers and focus on key accounts. (5)Consistently meets/exceeds sales performance goals. (6)Ability to accurately forecast business / manages funnel effectively. (7)Interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs; identifies potential business opportunities, referring more complex leads to others to convert. (8)Works on sales assignments with clearly defined objectives, techniques (9)Solves problems of minimal scope and complexity.
要求: (1)Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related discipline. (2)At least 3 years sales experiences in laboratory/chemical products. (3)Ability to effectively communicate on the phone, oral and written communications. (4)Able to formulate sales plans that are consistent with LSCA products and strategy. (5)A good knowledge of analytical instrument consumables, columns and instrument markets. (6)Highly motivated creative and result oriented. (7)Able to work with minimum supervision. (8)Work as a team, Wants the team to succeed and actively works to ensure that it happens.
