职位名称：Bench Service Engineer(色谱/质谱) 职位描述/要求：1.Executes routine and non-routine tests, troubleshooting, repair, and quality verification on Agilent instruments with limited technical support in an ambiguous environment. 2.Interprets complex test results requiring an in-depth technical background with limited documentation. 3.Provides feedback on defects and/or quality of test to Product Line engineering. 4.Documents diagnostic efforts, repair, and labor for tracking of cost and information. 5.Communicates technical problems and resolutions at different levels of the organization. 6.Proficiently utilizes technical and nontechnical computer applications (e.g. SAP, Chemstation, Access, Excel). 7.Reads, understands and rigorously follows Quality System processes, including interpreting test results, reading graphs, and validating instrument test results. Adheres to safety, cleanliness, and ESD requirements. 8.Adjusts effectively to change and remains open to new ideas and job assignments. 9.Possesses no known allergies to industrial chemicals used in the work area. 10.Able to use tools and equipment to disassemble small parts and demonstrates high level of manual dexterity.
Your Role: 1. Bachelor or Master or equivalent in Analytical Chemistry or Pharmaceutical background. 2. Good knowledge on chemical analysis instruments, eg. LC, gc, UV, gc/MSD etc, including fundamentals and applications. 3. Excellent customer communication and handling skills. 4. Honesty, Integrity and cooperation. Be happy to do service job for customers. Business travels are needed. 5. Good knowledge on PC Operation and networking, including Windows and MS office etc. 6. Be fluent on English and Chinese, and good communication skill.
