职位名称：技术支持工程师--上海
职位描述/要求：Key Responsibilities：
1、Technical support
· Supporting sales to form complete solution to meet customer’s requirement.
· Understanding the advanced system configuration and variation from RFQ system.
· Focusing on proper and advanced operation of OINS system. Share experience with OINS team and customers.
· Providing technical consultancy to the team, writing up technical notes.
· Technical support to key industrial customers as key account engineer.
2、Product and market development
· Developing or identifying local third-party technology to be used together with OINS product.
· Attend marketing activities to communicate with potential customers as technical authority and give presentation on product.
· Verifying and modifying marketing promotion material to suit for local promotion
3、Demolab operation
· Conduct training course to customers in demolab.
· Performing additional test in demolab to help the team and customer with better understanding of the system performance and operation principles.
· Daily operation of OINS Shanghai demolab
· Development of demolab capabilities

【主要职责】
1、技术支持
· 协助销售提出满足客户需求的解决方案。
· 了解先进的系统配置以及RFQ系统的变化。
· 注重OINS系统的正确及高级操作，并与OINS团队合作，给客户分享经验。
· 为团队提供技术咨询支持，撰写技术说明。
· 作为大客户的工程师，为主要客户提供技术支持。
2、产品和市场开发
· 开发或确认当地第三方技术与OINS产品搭配使用。
· 参与市场活动，为潜在客户沟通提供专业咨询，并进行产品介绍。
· 核实和调整市场推广材料，以适应当地推广需要。
3、演示实验室操作
· 为客户提供培训课程。
· 在演示实验室内进行额外测试，以帮助团队和客户更好地了解系统的性能和运行原理。
· 负责OINS上海演示实验室的日常运作。
· 不断开发演示实验室的潜在功能。

Person Specification：
1、Education / Qualifications:
·A University Degree in engineering majors, Master/PhD in cryogenics preferred
· Bilingual efficiency for Chinese and English· Office automation Professional
2、Skills/ Abilities:
· Proven experience in servicing or using cryogenic systems
· Proven experience with mechanics, electronics, and cryogenics
· Experience in low temperature transport or superconducting quantum computing research preferred
· Professional in writing technical report
· Good understanding in product development
· Proven presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Good understanding of personal relationship impacts
3、Personal Qualities:
· Energetic and Progressive

· Customer focused

【职位要求】
1、学历/资历：
· 工程类专业本科及以上学历，主攻低温学领域的硕士/博士优先。
· 具备中英文双语沟通能力。
· 熟练使用各种办公自动化软件。
2、职业技能：
· 在维修或使用低温系统方面有成熟的经验。
· 具有机械学、电子学和低温学方面的经验。
· 具有低温传输或超导量子计算研究经验者优先。
· 具有撰写专业技术报告的能力。
· 有产品开发方面的相关经验。
· 具备优秀的表达能力和出色人际沟通与交往能力。
3、个人品质：
· 充满活力，积极进取。
· 诚信可靠。
· 自我激励，有上进心。
· 以客户为导向。
