Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities ? Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales funnel ? Understand customer Job-To-Be-Done in key segments like pharmaceutical, Lithium battery, chemical, polymer, etc. ? Using previous experience, deliver on territory sales targets through direct selling ? Use effective sales planning to deliver on strategy ? Knowledge of margin with the ability to maximise it ? Establish and develop strong relationships with new customers in territory, manage collaborations and enhance existing relationships ? Work with MAG Sales and Applications and Marketing to develop and follow through on sales lead generation through a variety of methods and develop more NA product leads. ? Use and maximise the CRM system to manage sales funnels and report accurately against sales forecasting. ? Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape ? Understand funding arrangements and manage this in line with sales targets ? Attend trade shows/exhibitions/conferences as required ?
