关于物镜区别:
光学显微镜按照象差校正程度基本有如下4个:
1,消色差(ACH):最基本,消除红蓝色差,但是不确保平场性,即视野内周边和中心不能同时清晰.
2,平场消色差(PLAN ACH):即在ACH物镜基础上进行像场弯曲校正,确保整个视野内的同时清晰
3,平场半复消色差(PLAN SEMI-APO):即在PLAN ACH物镜基础上对绿色色差进行了部分校正,基本接近复消色差物镜的水平
4,平场复消色差(PLAN APO):最高档次物镜,对绿色色差进行了完全校正
就生物镜头来说,如果您是病理科的话,应该选择平场消色差镜头,因为病理诊断工作量大,责任大,诊断难度大,显微镜物镜的平场性可以提高工作效率.
