我觉得这句话还是您翻译的对，但是是在货架期限内，而不是销售期。

我觉得还应该是“在有效期内，药品应在规定的各条件下贮存。”

建议的翻译：就药物制剂而言，术语“稳定性”是指单位剂量药物理化性质的完整程度以及在适当情况下对微生物污染的抵抗能力。
因为上文突出的重点是dosage unit（举个例子，一瓶胶囊有60粒，做稳定性试验时其中59粒都合格，只有1粒不合格，那也是不稳定），所以把它放在前面翻译，chemical and physical integrity和the ability to maintain protection against microbiological contamination when appropriate放在后面并列说。hyheying 发表:The term “ stability,” with respect to a drug dosage form, refers to the chemical and physical integrity of the dosage unit and, when appropriate, the ability of the dosage unit to maintain protection against microbiological contamination.

各地食品标签法不同, 有些地方除了Expiration Date外, 还有Best Sold By Date,Best Before Date, Best Consumed Date等 (e.g. http://cgi.ebay.ph/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=120430148309 ). 我翻译shelf life时是联系到 Best Sold By Date 的。
不过, 药品的管制比食品严格, 在药品行业的 shelf life, Best Sold By Date, Best Before Date, Best Consumed Date可能全等同Expiration Date, 生产商/分销商不能玩弄文字而钻条例的空子。
