用过乙腈也不成，药物就是和有机溶剂一起出峰，就是没有电离吧

建议楼主用试剂盒做吧，有专门做这种弱极性样品的试剂盒。

没有明白,是说那部分用试剂盒作阿?还是说不用毛细管电泳来分析我的药物?

I agree with you, but when I tried the borate buffer with pH between 9 to 10, the medicine is also invoved in the methanol. So I feel so depressed.

Be careful, some compounds can dissolve in high pH buffer, but it will encounter the danger of decompose in high pH.
