如果照这么说放在紫外分光光度计中的样品吸收值将随时间变化,只要不把比色皿取出来,吸收值就会越来越高了?
A=ELC和时间完全没有关系
样品区带体积一定,通过体积更小的流通池,时间必然更长.所以流通池体积要和峰容量相匹配

流通池体积不是越小越好,也不是越大越好.
