扩散泵
除非您观察到与扩散泵油相关的故障，否则没有必要在一年内换两次扩散泵油。要检查扩散泵油，必须先将 MSD 放空（5975/5973 除外）。因此，检查泵油的最好时机是为了进行其他维护而已经放空仪器真空时。

前级泵
前级泵中的油应该平均每六个月更换一次，但也可以根据应用情况决定更换。泵油更换后，如果有前级捕集器，则应更换分子筛。

避免接触到泵油。某些样品的残留物可能有毒。用过的油要设当处置。
