工作描述：
Ⅰ、Key Responsibilities 主要责任
Technical support for consumable 耗材技术支持
• Responsible for technical support for AFM probes & EM consumables, and support service sales for pre-sales presentation. Proactively develop new AFM probe & consumable business opportunities by interprets customer needs and works to meet those needs.
• Support of customer application development and application demo in OI or customer’s labs
• Guide and prepare marketing promotion contents and drive promotions with the assistance of Marketing.
• Post-sales support to customer escalations and address product quality complains.
• Achieve privileged relationships with existing Key accounts, customers and acquire new customers.
• In addition to the above described duties, the post holder may be requested to perform other related duties.
• 负责AFM探针和EM电镜耗材的技术支持，并为售后服务销售提供售前展示支持。解读并满足客户需求，积极开发新的AFM探针和耗材业务机会
• 支持客户应用开发，在OI或客户实验室进行demo演示
• 指导、准备市场推广内容，并在市场部的协助下进行推广活动
• 为客户升级提供售后支持，处理产品质量投诉
• 与现有的主要用户、客户建立良好的关系，争取新客户
• 领导要求的此岗位相关其他职责

Ⅱ、Person Specification 任职要求
1、Education / Qualifications 学历:
• Above Master's degree in material science or related industry.
• Working experience in material industry is preferred background
• 硕士及以上学历，材料科学等相关专业优先
• 有材料行业工作经验者优先

2、Professional Skills/ Abilities 专业技能/能力:
• AFM/Microscope technical experience is required.
• Knowledge of analytical instrument & service business and customer behaviours.
• Strong communication skills including face to face, and phone.
• Written and oral skill in both Chinese and English.
• 有AFM原子力显微镜/显微镜技术经验
• 熟悉分析仪器、服务业务以及客户行为
• 有较强的面对面、电话沟通能力
• 流利的中、英文书面、口头表达能力
