Position Summary

Responsible for sales promotion and development of LM products and relative solution in the Clinical field, and work with sales team to achieve top line and defined KPI.

Requirements
Education
1、Master’s degree or above. Major in Biology, Meidicin, Biomed or related.

Experience
1、Biology, Medicine, Biomed or related background.
2、Familiar with IVD (in vitro diagnosis) market, especially rich knowledge of karyotype, toxicology, Hema-tology and so on.
3、Minimal 1 years of experiences in microscopy in Bio or Med, 3 years is preferred.
4、Familiar with microscope principle and its application in IVD and Clinical
5、More in-depth sales or technical experience in a certain clinical field (Pathology, laboratory examination, etc.)is preferred.
6、Good English communication skills including spoken English.

1、Strong self-driving force, with the ability to work well under pressure and challenge.
2、Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
3、Strong ability to learn and coordinate communication, good sense of teamwork.
4、Serious work, honest, strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

6、Be proficient in using office software and have good language ability.

Main Tasks
1、Responsible for sales promotion and development of LM products and relative solutions in the Clinical
2、Interact with potential customers to understand and validate user needs and intentions, develop micros-copy solutions.
3、Analyze and review sales and market datas to support and drive sales work.
4、Training sales and dealers to enhance awareness of LM products and relative solutions.
5、Contribute to smooth sales target growth.
