工作描述:
This is a key appointment for the continued successful development of Andor's Life Science business. The appointed individual is expected to execute the LS strategy exploiting the significant growth potential that exists within the research markets for Andor's microscopy solutions. The Sales manager will be responsible for the Management of the LS business and Regional Sales Staff. The manager will represent the business internally and externally.

An exciting opportunity for the right individual, candidates will be highly experienced in Life Sciences sales and bring significant MNC experience.

【Key responsibilities】
- Manage the implementation of the China Life Sciences business plan in line with the Global Sales Strategy and the strategic goals of the Company
- Line management of designated employees ensuring the team are fully trained and supported to carry out their roles effectively.
- Develop & expand the Life Science business to ensure annual sales and service targets are achieved through direct and indirect sales channels.
- Provide detailed market information contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Company
- Provide descriptive monthly reports on region performance, CRM pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast. Report weekly on regional bookings and deliver a forecast update.
- Travel as required across the region to support business objectives.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time to time by regional or BU leadership

【Person Specification (essential requirements unless stated)】
1、EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Scientific, advanced degree preferable

2、PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Candidates will be able to demonstrate extensive sales experience in a technical life science sales environment.
- Experience of developing and coaching best practice within a team and/or distributor network.
- Staff management/motivation
- Experience of designing channel infrastructure for both direct and indirect sales
- Demonstrated ability in selling to end user customer base (research/scientific community)
- Demonstrated consistent level of sales growth over diversified portfolio of products/markets
- Demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic level and implement at organisational level
- Strong English communication skills
