本文采用微波和紫外光组合催化方法高效合成了甲硫甲基锂,并将其与N-苯乙基哌啶酮反应,得到了相应的N-苯乙基-4-甲硫甲基哌啶醇。在合成甲硫甲基锂过程中,设计了微波和紫外线照射的时间和产率之间关系,确定了最佳的催化反应时间。 Abstract The highly reactive reaction irradiated by microwave and ultraviolet readily metalated dimethyl sulfide to give high yields of methylthiomethyllithium, which proof for the existence of 1-phenethyl- 4-Methylthiomethyl-4 -piperidinol was obtained by reaction of methylthiomethyl lithium with 1-phenethyl-4- iperidone. The relationships between the time of using the microwave and ultraviolet irradiation on the yield were devised in the reactions, and the optimization time was confirmed.
