The E6500 Mini High Vacuum Evaporator is designed to meet TEM, SEM and general carbon and metal coating applications.

Evaporation Functions: Continuous or pulsed modes.
Sample Platform: Variable angle 0-90o adjustable externally.
Vacuum System: Automatic with vent override and standby functions.
