冷却液的测量系统EMTEC(曾用名KSM）

高精度的密度、温度和和冷却乳液浓度、电导率和pH值，包括全自动PLC清洗系统。

密度和浓度测量

pH测量

Temperature range: -15 - 80 °C, 6 bar

自控系统

Automated unit incl. all connections for cooling emulsion, cleaning liquid water and air,
system fully mounted on a stainless steel frame
- preheated storage tank (approx. 600 l)
for cleaning liquid (mixture of water and cleaning agent)
- set of pneumatic 2- and 3-way ball valves
- set of manual 2-way ball valve
- cleaning pump
- dry run protection for pump
- pressure gauge
- switch cabinet for electronic and
pneumatic devices
