The kit is designed for enrichment, separation, and profiling of low-abundance N-glycopeptides and glycoproteins containing glucose and/or mannose with unmodified hydroxyl groups at position C3, C4 and C6 (i.e N-glycans of high mannose type, hybrid type and bi-antennary complex type) prior to MS analysis (MALDI or LC-ESI). It enables the handling of low sample volumes accompanied by high specifity, sensitivity and binding capacity. Optimiced separation protocols are scalable and transferable to automated sample preparation and pre-fractionation workflows.
