Fat content of the sample was determined by the method described elsewhere.

Protein content was estimated from the nitrogen content obtained by the Kjeldahl method (model VAPODEST 50 Carousel 250 mL autosample, and model Kjeldatherm-Digestion units, with 20 digestion tubes 6100, 250 mL, both by Gerhardt,Königswinter, Germany) multiplied by 6.25. Fat content of the sample was determined by the method described elsewhere.


VAPODEST 50 Carousel 250ml自动进样器全自动凯氏定氮仪已被VAPODEST 50s Carousel 250ml替代，VAPODEST 50s Carousel 250ml又被VAPODEST 500 Carousel 250ml替代。
