Introduction	ANXA6 is part of the family of calcium-dependent membrane and phospholipid binding proteins. ANXA6 mediats the endosome aggregation and vesicle fusion in secreting epithelia during exocytosis. ANXA6 correlates with CD21. ANXA6 regulates the release of Ca(2+) from intracellular stores. ANXA6 is differentially expressed in the lumbar spinal cord from rats submitted to peripheral lesion during neonatal period.
Description	ANXA6 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 693 amino acids (1-673 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 78 kDa. ANXA6 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Sterile filtered colorless solution.
Formulation	The ANXA6 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
Stability	Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity	Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
