Product Description

Fluorescence Preserving Media is a ready-to-use, one-component solution; this proprietary formulation uses the principal of decreasing solvent polarity as well as inclusion complex formation to inhibit photo-bleaching of fluorescent reactions and to improve light emission stabilization

Product Use

After target surface is reacted with fluorescent reagents and washed thoroughly, cover target specimen with Fluorescence Preserving Media and a cover slip; evaluate specimen as soon as possible; dilution of Fluorescence Preserving Media is not recommended

Shelf Life

Fluorescence Preserving Media is stable for a minimum of 2 years from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature (25°C)

Storage Recommended storage is 25°C
