保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 The protein encoded by this gene has substantial phospholipase activity and may be involved in lipoprotein metabolism and vascular biology. This protein is designated a member of the TG lipase family by its sequence and characteristic lid region which provides substrate specificity for enzymes of the TG lipase family. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
Function : Has phospholipase and triglyceride lipase activities. Hydrolyzes high density lipoproteins (HDL) more efficiently than other lipoproteins. Binds heparin.
Subunit : Head to tail homodimer.
Subcellular Location : Secreted.
Tissue Specificity : High level of expression in the liver, placenta, lung, thyroid, kidney, testis and in the corpus luteum of the ovary. Expressed also in coronary artery endothelial cells, umbilical vein endothelial cells and in hepatocytes and osteosarcoma cell lines. Not detected in heart, brain and muscle.
Similarity : Belongs to the AB hydrolase superfamily. Lipase family.
Contains 1 PLAT domain.

半个多世纪以来，抗体一直作为常用的研究工具，因此对其使用和储存已有丰富的经验。这些经验让人们知道如何对抗体进行操作，由于抗体的稳定性好，使用并不困难。抗体较其他蛋白不易变性，易于存放、纯化和标记。蛋白G和蛋白A等抗体结合蛋白的发现使得这项工作更具可行性。
选择合适的抗体对免疫化学技术的成功极为重要。没有任何一种来源的抗体能够满足本书所述的各种方法的要求。为了研究某一重要的抗原，应选用具有不同特性的多种抗体。在没有一套良好特性的抗体可用于研究机体中每一种蛋白之前，选择及制备适合各种技术要求的抗体非常必要。
