保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

腺苷酸环化酶1抗体产品介绍 The membrane bound adenylyl cyclases (ACs) represent one of the major families of effector enzymes for G protein coupled receptors. Eight human AC isoforms (AC-1 through AC-4) have been identified up to now and genes for at least nine adenylate cyclase (AC-1-AC-9) have been cloned characterized and sequenced. This is a calmodulin-sensitive adenylyl cyclase which may be involved in regulatory processes in the central nervous system. It may play a role in neuronal plasticity, memory acquisition and learning and is expressed predominantly in the brain, retina and adrenal medulla.
Function : This is a calmodulin-sensitive adenylyl cyclase. May be involved in regulatory processes in the central nervous system. It may play a role in memory acquisition and learning.
