保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Function : Probable substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. Promotes differentiation and maturation of the vascular lineage by an oxygen-dependent mechanism (By similarity).
Subunit : Interacts with HIF1AN. Component of an ECS (Elongin BC-CUL2/5-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex formed of CUL2 or CUL5, Elongin BC (TCEB1 and TCEB2), RBX1 and ASB4.
Post-translational modifications : Hydroxylation at Asn-246 by HIF1AN may provide an oxygen-dependent regulation mechanism for the function of ASB4 in promoting vascular differentiation (By similarity).
