保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

淋巴细胞抗原75抗体产品介绍 Ly75 is expressed in spleen, thymus, colon and peripheral blood lymphocytes and causes reduced proliferation of B-lymphocytes as well as acting as an endocytic receptor to direct captured antigens from the extracellular space to a specialized antigen-processing compartment. Ly75 is also detected in myeloid and B lymphoid cell lines and isoforms 2 and 3 are expressed in Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg (HRS) cells (malignant Hodgkin lymphoma cells).
Function : Acts as an endocytic receptor to direct captured antigens from the extracellular space to a specialized antigen-processing compartment (By similarity). Causes reduced proliferation of B-lymphocytes.
Subcellular Location : Membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein (By similarity).
Tissue Specificity : Expressed in spleen, thymus, colon and peripheral blood lymphocytes. Detected in myeloid and B-lymphoid cell lines. Isoform 2 and isoform 3 are expressed in malignant Hodgkin lymphoma cells called Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg (HRS) cells.
