Fradafiban binds with high affinity and selectivity to the human platelet GP IIb/IIIa complex and potently inhibits human platelet aggregation in vitro. Fradafiban reversibly binds to the human platelet GP IIb/IIIa complex with a Kd value of 148 nM.
