In SY5Y-MYCN cells, BIO-acetoxime strongly reduces c-MYC expression and p-SMAD3 levels. BIO-acetoxime also decreases cell viability of KCN, KCNR, SY5Y, Kelly, and IMR32 cells by mediating apoptosis.
