美国Genizer实验型高压微射流均质机是新一代使用对射流金刚石交互容腔的高压均质机，也称为纳米均质机，可均质纳米乳，脂肪乳，脂质体，细胞破碎，纳米混悬分散，颗粒减小，广泛应用于制药，生物技术，化妆品，导电浆料，石墨烯等行业。

Genizer系列实验型高压微射流均质机产品参数特点：
1 均质压力：可高达45,000PSI，触屏控制压力，轻点屏幕启动停止轻松易用。
2 均质流量：可高达120ml/min（随压力和物料黏度变化）
3 样品量：可低至5ml,适合成本昂贵的物料。可自设样品吸入量，不吸空不浪费！
4 低残留量：大约1ml,高精密的高压缸管路设计可以在无需气吹条件就将残留量控制在1ml左右。
5 效果：运用对射流金刚石交互容腔可将乳剂、脂质体和固液混悬液粒径均质到100nm以下。
6 卫生级：接触物料材质都是GMP,FDA认可的316L和17-4PH不锈钢、碳化钨、氧化锆和超高分子聚乙烯等。
7 温度控制：可配卫生级换热器有效降低物料温度保证活性。
8 安全性：整机不涉及高强度气压和油压，带智能过载保护。
9 模块化：可选配Y和Z型微射流金刚石交互容腔，物料进出口可直接使用注射器或切换不锈钢料斗，真正方便用户。
