咖啡酸 Caffeic acid

以绿原酸形式存在于咖啡等植物中，是一种酚酸。可在化妆品中安全使用，有较广泛的抑菌和抗病毒活性，能吸收紫外线。低浓度即具抑制皮肤黑色素生成的效用，在增白型美容品中用量为0.5～2%。可用作氧化型发用染料的助剂，有利于增强色泽的强度。

化学名称 : 3，4-二羟基肉桂酸，3-(3，4-二羟基苯基)-2-丙烯酸；3,4-二羟基苯乙烯酸。

性状：黄色结晶粉末。溶于热水及乙醇。

功能： 1.天然抗氧化剂，抑制蛋白激酶和酪氨酸激酶活性，抑制脂质过氧化；

2.美白防晒剂对紫外光有较强的吸收性，吸收波长为243nm和326nm

3. 止血，对内脏的止血效果较好，毒性较小。

4.广泛的抑菌和抗病毒活性，体外使用效果更强。

5.低浓度可抑制胶原酶（梭菌肽酶）活性，有防龋齿作用。

用量： 0.1-3.0%

用途：在化妆品中可安全使用。应用于美白、防晒、抗衰老、抑菌产品中。

ZL-601 Caffeic acid

It is a phenolic acid, presents in e.g. coffee plants with chlorogenic acid. It can be safely used in cosmetics, due to that it has a broader range of antibacterial and antiviral activities, and can absorb ultraviolet light. Even low concentration of caffeic acid can inhibit the formation of melanin in skin, the dosage being 0.5-2% in skin whitening cosmetics. As is conducive to enhance the strength of the color, it can be used as an auxiliary agent for the oxidative hair dye.

Chemical name: 3,4-dihydroxycinnimic acid, 3-(3,4-dihydroxylbenzenyl)-2-acrylic acid, and 3,4-dihydroxybenzene-hexenoic acid.

Description: it is a yellow crystalline powder, and soluble in hot water and ethanol.

Function: 1. Natural antioxidants: inhibiting activities of protein kinase and tyrosine kinase, and lipid peroxidation;

2. Skin whitening and sun-screening agents: having stronger absorption to ultraviolet light, with absorption wavelength being 243nm and 326nm.

3. Stopping bleeding: showing preferred effects for hemostasis in internal organs, with its toxicity being lesser.

4. A broad of antibacterial and antiviral activities, in vitro effects being stronger.

5. Low concentration of caffeic acid can inhibit the activity of collagenase (clostridiopeptidase), preventing dental caries.

Dosage: 0.1-3.0%.

Use: it is safely used in cosmetics, such as in whitening, sun-screening, anti-aging, and antibacterial products.
