This plot shows spectular reflection at 200 GHz. The TK RAM is the lowest trace in Green.
Here is one performed by Herman van de Stadt at SRON using a broadband FTIR spectrometer, in a diffuse reflection setup, showing reflectivity at the 1% level from 450cm-1 (13500 GHz) and 100cm-1(3000 GHz). The instrument collected power over a wide range of angles as Herman sketched thus
