系统简介
超分辨离体光遗传系统使用声光偏转器控制激光扫描,能够快速、选择性的光刺激激活光敏感通道表达的细胞、神经元或脑片,并能与电生理记录系统、荧光成像系统等同步工作,将可用于研究神经元计算整合过程、确定神经元投射关系以及研究神经环路机制。
随机扫描光刺激系统采用优化的光学设计和模块化的机械设计,扫描箱体积300mmx220mmx180mm,重量2.5kg。基于Labview开发的应用软件,操作方便,可读性好,便于升级。系统具有刺激时间、刺激间隔、刺激位置、刺激强度、刺激方式等多参数精准调控。系统结构紧凑、刺激精度高、刺激稳定,易与多种型号显微镜耦合,适合实验室推广使用。
