Air flow is measured and con-trolled using a digital mass flow con-troller. A temperature-humidity sen-sor measures the actual conditions.The electronic signals from the sensorform a feedback loop to the controllercircuit board. This unit activates heat-ers in a water reservoir and the hu-midified air stream to attain and main-tain the temperature and humidity con-ditions. Control functions require nooperator intervention， except for peri-odic calibration. All parameters canbe observed visually on digital panelmeters or monitored with a strip chartrecorder. Cooling below room tem-perature can be achieved using thecooling option (Item CP-100).
