Purposes of graphite-like layer: 1. E日nhance fatigue and microcrack resistance.2 Improve the electrical properties. Specimen preparation: 1. Use Si wafer as substrate, and pre-grow 300nm-thick thermal Sio, film. 2. Deposit a 300nm thin polycrystalline Ni layer bythe co-sputtering of a Ni and carbon (Ni, C) layer. 3. Annealing: Elevated to 900 ℃. In the coolingprocess, C atoms were precipitated, and thegraphene layer was grown on the Ni film surface. Fig. Schematic of the solar cell. Image,Raman spectra and analysis: 1. The SEM image of the wafer specimen beforedepositing the IGZO film. 2. The peaks analysis: a) A slim and sharp peak occurs at 1583 cm-1,shows that the peak of graphene is close tothat of graphite. b)The intensity of G-band is higher than 2D-band, and thus the film is in the graphite-likematerials. Peaks at 1349 cm-1,1589 cm-1, and 2690 cm-1are identified as D-band, G-band, and 2D-band. Fig. The Raman spectra of the specimen. The G-band shifts to lower wavenumber. 2. There is a linear increase in G-band intensity. 3. The 2D-band exhibits distinct band shapedifferences with the number of layers present. 4. The intensity ratio of the 2D to G-band decreases.
