REACH/EUP

  • August 24th 2010, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) published the development of the dossiers submission for identification of substance of very high concern (SVHC). August 2nd 2010, 4 EU country, Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Belgium submitted dossiers for identification of 11 new SVHC. All these substances are proposed because of their potentially serious effects on human health. The names, classifications and other information of these substances are provided in the below table.

    一种物质称为SVHC，一般要经历：1、成员国按REACH Article 57的标准提出物质名称给ECHA；2、ECHA整理后，提请公众评议；3、根据Article 59进行鉴别；4、将物质列入候选清单，称为SVHC。
