【摘要】目的:建立对中药、保健品、食品中有机氯类、拟除虫菊酯类等多种农药残留的气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定方法。方法:选用DM-1毛细管柱,通过柱程序升温,对17种农药进行同时检测。结果:各种农药分别在10~200 ng/ml、20~400 ng/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,检出限范围为0.092~3.25 pg。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确、具有良好的通用性。更多还原
