hilic柱子的基线还是很高的，我记得当时做的时候基线开始是500，后来冲了一晚上变成200

先拆下柱子，用两通代替色谱柱，冲几分钟，再清洗一下离子源，看能不能降下来。

如果降下来了，再接上色谱柱，看看是不是又上去了。如果上去了，就是色谱柱的原因。

或者回想一下，没接这一根色谱柱之前，背景如果是正常的，基本就是这跟柱子的原因了。

还有，HILIC色谱柱不能用这样的流动相的吧？我印象中是必须要有缓冲盐的啊，楼主最好看下说明书吧。

The second picture is my blank (MeOH and H2O). How can I find what compound it is by mass? I am new to masshunter, don't know how to search the library. I can only use chemistation on gcMS to search the library.

LCMS has not library that like NIST gcms used.

DAD signal is cleanly.

149.1m/z,esi scan signal at 9.647min. its mean the line pipe in system are dirty.

you can try replace the pipe and column, then purge the system repeatedly.
